Best Our Bathroom Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

We contracted Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR) to do three (much needed) bathroom remodels for us. Prior, we had several contractors in the area visit and provide quotes. What we found was none of the other contractors could meet all our expectations, except PHR.

Their craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to details, organization, promptness, and genuine concern for our project helped make the entire experience worth it! John and Team revamped my old shower into a fully tiled and glass shower of my dreams. They are great to work with and very responsive. From the demolition to the finished product quickly and the pricing was extremely fair for the work done. Mike is super and making sure the customer is happy at all times. We love our new Bathroom and Master bedroom remodel just recently completed. We had the tub removed and a large shower installed in it's place. New modern ceramic wood looking tiles and French patio doors in lieu of window. The project did come with some frustrations of additional costs that should have been assessed in the beginning. They utilize a new portal but it needs to include emailing directly from portal. We are not sure everyone knew how to utilize it. We experienced some delays that could have been prevented. Our superintendent, Will Stubblefield, was wonderful, responsive and flexible. He called or text us back timely. He was professional and friendly as were all the workers that came in to do their part of the project. They tried to keep the dust to a minimum. They each cleaned up after themselves.

Worst possible experience, save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere. Mismeasurments, cracked cabinets, mis-hung doors, shoddy trim and on and on and on. Zero customer service, asked the Tatum store manager Randy to come out to assess the issues and we were told that when the reordered cabinets arrived they would fix everything but not before. Well the cabinets arrived today after ANOTHER 12 weeks and of course they're the wrong color, 2 doors were never even ordered at all and the slide outs don't fit in the cabinet delivered. Truly unbelievable ineptitude and awful customer service. We filled a complaint with the BBB and the district manager will come out tomorrow to see the mess that is our new kitchen.

Veny valued me as a customer! He went out of his way to try and find a match of my quartz a few times. I found a match at his warehouse and he gave me a fair price. My job got pushed forward and he changed his plans to fit me in. Finally, the transition or seam was good credibly well done. Even the carpenter was impressed and made a comment to me. If I need any stone work he’ll be the first person I call and would without a doubt recommend Veny!

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. My wife and I hired Praveen and his team to completely remodel 2 bathrooms and replace the floor tile in the kitchen of a condo. From the first day of demolition to clean up on the last day, Praveen and his team did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Unlike many remodelers, Praveen will work with you to keep the cost of the project within your budget (we were able to buy some of the fixtures at a great discount and Praveen and his team handled the installation).

We were very impressed with the character and quality of each of the teams involved in the project. They were polite and professional and the quality of their work was outstanding. The thing we were most impressed with was Praveen’s approach to our remodel. It wasn’t just a project, it was a partnership. When we were having difficulty finding someone replace our hot water heater and change out of angle values at a reasonable price, Praveen was able to set us up with his plumber (Les Beaman) who did a great job and saved us several hundred dollars.

The other thing we were impressed with is the total commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. When we ran into an issue between the tile guys and the plumber, Praveen and his various subcontractors worked together to come up with a creative solution that minimized rework and kept the project on schedule. The teamwork was fantastic. The bottom line is that Praveen and his team did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and the results were amazing. Should my wife and I have another remodeling project in the future, I will be making just one phone call to Praveen.

I just want to say a big thank you to Keith and his team for such an incredible job on my kitchen counters. I was desperately searching for quotes online, but every person I was meeting was so high in pricing, and it became frustrating. Although I was a bit skeptical too with the people I was talking to on Facebook marketplace; I didn't lose hope. I went on offer up and typed in the search bar and got a few results. I came across Serrano Surfaces and decided to check it out on Google Maps to see if it was legit because I didn't just want anyone coming to my house. With the reviews I saw, it made me feel calm in my spirit because it shows that it is legit. I went ahead and texted the number and set up a date with Keith. He came over, and he was soo friendly and outspoken. Keith is there for his clients at any time, day, and hour. I was able to talk with Keith for a discount, and this man didn't even argue or negotiate. He went directly to giving me the discount. I got my cabinets installed in a month from when Keith came over, and I must say, I was ecstatic with the results. I am definitely looking forward too more future projects with Keith and his team. Y'all ROCK!!
