We searched several individuals and companies to find TWD had a price that seemed more reasonable than others. Additionally, both Maria, who did all of the drywall repairs, some being rather tricky, and Javier, who did the painting, were sensational. They came on time, called beforehand, were respectful of the property and did a stellar job on everything! We could not be more pleased. When I called to ask for Maria for the 4th day in a row and learned that someone else was coming, I requested Maria remain as she knew exactly what was left to do: I was listened to! Holtzman Home Improvement is a highly competent and professional company who remodeled my entire house. The process started with their great designers, , who patiently took my vision and made it come to life with HHI's computer modeling program. This enabled me to see exactly what it would look like before any work began. They also helped me select products and finishes. They clearly understand and consistently demonstrated outstanding customer service.
Brandon and Daniel provided constant oversight and communicated project status to me on a regular basis. The entire crew, all employees were excellent with the work they did in their respective skill sets. They checked in with me frequently to ensure they were giving me exactly what I wanted and they were always respectful of my time.
A big remodeling project always has a few hiccups along the way, but the staff completely owned them and solved my issues quickly. I highly recommend using Holtzman to ensure the highest quality of remodeling service. I now enjoy a beautifully remodeled townhouse thanks to their team.

I would strongly suggest that you avoid Diamond Granite and Remolding at all cost. My experience with Diamond Granite and, Daniel Dubei, the owner was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. For example:

Inordinate wait for product preparation and installation.

When the product finally arrived on installation day the measurements were way off - nothing fit. Either the laser measurements, fabrication, of both, were way off.

The installers were still in my house at 9:00 PM on installation day attempting to make the prefabricated pieces fit.

the bar quartz top was so bad measurement wise that it had to be returned to their shop and completely remade. The excuse was that they were supplied the wrong sink template. Disgraceful and total lack of attention to detail.

It took ten days for them to return and complete the installation. Countless Tucson Granite and Quartz kitchen countertop ads guarantee tear out and complete installation in one day.

I was without a kitchen for the entire ten day period.

They installed particle board on top of my cabinets after the old granite countertops were removed which was thick to the point that it is now exposed under the lip of the newly installed quartz countertops. Disastrous preplanning on Diamond's part which resulted in a very poor outcome that will have to be addressed with exposed moldings. Zero attention to detail again.

My original sinks were porcelain over cast. They were replaced with synthetic sinks in the new quartz. A step down for sure. Mr. Dubei's response is that the synthetic sinks have a lifetime warranty which I was never supplied with in writing and I wouldn't trust his word at this point with all that has transpired to date.

The oversize bar sink that was installed didn't take into consideration the outside the cabinet garbage disposal switch which is now hanging exposed on the side of the bar cabinets. It will have to be moved to another safe location and I'm still left with the hole in the cabinet that the switch used to occupy. Again, disastrous preplanning and complete lack of attention to detail.

I notified Mr. Dubei, in writing, that he was, under no circumstances, to charge my credit card with the remaining cost due until he and I agreed, in writing, what reasonable compensation would be for the corrections that still need to be made (exposed particle board, re-locating the electric and making provisions for the hole in my bar cabinets) along with the inordinate delay completing what was no more than a one day job and me being without a kitchen for 10 days. He never communicated and definitely charged my credit card when he was expressly told, in writing, not to.

It was my mistake to not take the time read the inordinate amount of one star ratings and blistering critiques Diamond Granite and Remolding and Mr. Dubei have garnered over time. If I had, I would have been duly forewarned and avoided the grief I experienced employing
Diamond Granite and Remolding and Mr. Dubei.

My advice would be to read Diamond's and Mr. Dubei's ratings and critiques on the various contractor review sites very carefully. You will quickly see little attention to detail and preplanning on their part along with the complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

We love our new bathrooms! From the beginning to end, Custom Creative did a fabulous job with our bathroom renovation. Jennifer did an amazing job at taking our ideas and making them into a design! She made the design phase fun and exciting as she helped pick materials and gave us great recommendations in layout and functionality. Every person who came to the house during each phase of the project was professional, courteous and thorough in their work. The tile is so well done and everything is finished to great detail. We couldn't be happier with the final product, we went from one outdated bathroom to two very modern, beautiful bathrooms. We would select Custom Creative again for further renovations!

The team at Legacy saved my mental state after a different company left my bathroom in shambles. Immediately we were met with professionalism, honesty and transparency in regards to the project we wanted done. Between Brian, Ian and Ritchie, we never for a moment felt like things would get lost along the way or mishandled. And we were right-the job was impeccable. They scheduled with us in a timely manner, they kept the lines of communication open and updated daily and they answered all of my questions along the way. Not to mention how clean they kept everything during the process which was a concern for me considering i've been heavily pregnant the whole time. Oh and last but most importantly- THE TURN OUT!! We have two bathrooms now that look like they belong in a five star Spa. Theyre stunning, and everyone who comes over makes sure to let us know how incredible they are. If you want your bathrooms done right, and your sanity intact- go with Legacy.

Maxum Remodeled my house did a great job!

Republic West Remodeling recently did a renovation of the master bathroom in our home. After the death of my father, my mother came to live with us. She has some physical issues, and we needed to create a handicap accessible bathroom for her.
I felt this would be a challenging project, but the team at Republic West Remodeling were amazing. From the the initial design process, to picking out fixtures and materials, to the actual construction, the Republic West team walked us through each step and let us know what to expect. We had a detailed schedule. We knew who was coming to our home, and when. Every person who came to our home was professional and courteous. I have had nightmare experiences with other contractors in the past, but I can't say enough about my experience with Republic West Remodeling. The finished project is beautiful. The bathroom is fully ADA compliant. It is perfect for my mother's needs, but it still looks gorgeous. Republic West Remodeling did amazing work for our family, and I look forward to using them for our next project.

We used Atelier507 to remodel the tiling of our master bathroom shower, add a niche, and update the water fixtures. Throughout the entire process, they were very responsive, provided 3D renderings of what the final look would be and would update the renderings for any detail we want to add/remove/adjust. Atelier507 also provided progress photos during and after the project. They did an excellent job and were very professional. We are very satisfied with the final look of our shower. I highly recommend using them!

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

From the initial estimate to the final touch these folks were professional and a delight to work with. The project manager, Kevin, kept us fully aware of exactly when his guys would show up and what was scheduled to be done. Everyone was prompt, pleasant and highly skilled. Have lived in north central for the past 20 years, I had heard about the steller reputation of Kirk Development. Had a kitchen and master bath remodel from Kirk and we couldn't be more happy. The entire process went very smoothly. They came up with innovative designs at a very fair and reasonable price. The workers were very respectful and took extreme care to keep things neat, clean and orderly.
With mom visititing often, Kirk also outfitted the home with senior citizen upgrades with wider doorways etc. Was impressed the Kirk was one of the few contractors in the area who was specifically certified in these senior upgrades.
