Best New Home Build in Phoenix AZ

I contacted Chad for a quote on replacing all our home’s original single-pane windows and glass slider. Chad was very quick to respond and scheduled an onsite visit for measurements. He provided us quote with a few different options of brands & styles and answered all our questions around their differences. The office team was also very nice and scheduled us with Mario for installation. Mario was great and worked meticulously to ensure everything was installed properly. Without the proper installation of the window/slider, you will not reap the benefits of their energy savings. The windows and slider look amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Great staff and great price.

A neighbor's cat jumps up on the outside sill almost nightly and terrorizes my two cats, who, btw, are sweet and non aggressive. Anyway, last night, bad cat jumped up and hit the glass with such force the window shattered. I Began calling glaziers until one answered, set up an appt, arrived a few minutes before the appt time, and within minutes the glass was replaced. The glazier who did the work was very pleasant, neat, and did an excellent job. Every one, from the gentleman who answered, to the serviceman and the billing process, was professional.
By the time other businesses responded to my message Valleywide had already completed the job. In fact, hours later, I still haven't heard back from two other companies wherei left messages..
Recommend Valleywide Glass; they will be my first and only call in future.

So happy with Superior Glass! They were quick to respond and I was surprised at how much better their price was than the other company I called. The guys did an excellent job and had my 2 home windows back to normal that day. My wife even commented about how professional and respectful they were while in our home. Wouldn't hesitate in calling them again.

I would highly recommend this company. When you call PCC Roofing you talk directly to the owner (Sean) who answered all my questions throughly and professionally. Besides replacing the roof they also replaced all the facia boards and were kind enough to deliver the facia and trim boards a couple of weeks ahead of time so I could pre-paint them which meant I only had to do a little touch up when the job was completed!!! His brother Brain ran the crew and also was extremely professional and answered any questions that came up. The job was completed ahead of schedule and they treated the property with great respect !!! I will recommend PCC Roofing every chance I get the opportunity to. Thanks again Sean and Brain.

We hired Lasting Impressions last year to do the back half of our home windows and were overall very pleased. Their Salesman, Jeff Boshoven, is awesome, detail oriented and a great, upbeat personality. The drawback was they only do install, not after install clean up of the stucco/paint. So we had to find someone else to perform that which we felt was odd. Their customer service was great, Lori even got my windows all registered with Milgard and was a delight to work with.

Fast forward to this year and we decided to go ahead and do the front half of the house realizing pricing is going up! This time we got more bids and, while Lasting Impressions was not the cheapest, we felt comfortable with them and their great customer service. Jeff once again came out, took measurements and did all his part flawlessly! The install had issues. The guys spent all day on one window. They were banging and trying to jimmy it in so hard, they broke it. Don't understand why they just shave the frame a bit to accommodate the window. The interior detail was lacking this time too, poor caulking and touch up work. They ripped another windows screen.

The replacement window arrived and was installed, but the young man said he was not there to fix the touch up work. So we called Jeff who came over. We pointed out another window that looked odd; hard to tell because it is high up. Jeff said it needs to be repaired and would have the office get on it. We said okay and stupidly paid him, believing all would be done like before. Nope!

Lori, who we had worked with so well the first time now was nonresponsive. I had been asking about the window serial numbers so i could register them and the ripped screen and defective window. Finally, I emailed Jeff and got a reply from someone else. Appears Jeff no longer works there (shocking since he's the only one responsive). Lori sent a snarky email saying I had just sent my email on Friday and she had taken a day off. Well I had actually sent the email 10 days earlier... it all spiraled out of control. Karen stepped in and got our new windows registered, and advised Jeff had put in a repair request on the defective window prior to his departure, he also go the screen replaced.

Now that Jeff is gone and seeing how customer service has gone downhill, we do not recommend Lasting Impressions... their only priority is getting paid. Bummer because we had liked them. We are still awaiting the defective window being fixed... but Lasting Impressions is paid in full so they don't care!

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.
