Holtzman Home Improvement was one of three contractors that I reviewed before making a choice for my bathroom remodel. This was my first experience with remodeling and Grace and Brandon and the team were excellent in keeping me grounded and on track throughout the whole experience. There were a few hick ups but all in all the work went well everyone was professional and it was done in time for Thanksgiving with the family.
I will be using them again for the kitchen remodel in the future.

We recently purchased a home and we had the pleasure of working with Praveen and his incredible team. We always wanted to buy a new-build but settled on this 2006 built that fit our budget and with the hope that we can make it new with minimal investment. It was hard to find a contractor to work with you for a limited budget and with a tight schedule. Praveen is so easy to reach and so easy to work with and he even accompanied us during one of the home inspections prior to closing. This turned out to be a great idea as we outlined the stuff that we needed to be done at the house and ordered time-sensitive material ahead of time so that Praveen and his team can hit the ground running the moment we got the keys. With input from Praveen, we replaced the entire flooring upstairs with carpet and with luxury vinyl tiles, replaced baseboards and painted the house and viola, a week later, we entered into a brand new home and the beauty is that we still stayed within our budget. The workmanship of Praveen's team is second to none as they take ownership of every project and the team works as if the house is their own. Alex and Dylan of Rebath did an excellent job removing the tub and adding a walk-in shower with grip bars and a bench for my Dad’s safety. They arrived timely and worked hard for 4 days to complete the conversion. They did a great job communicating their starting time each day and recording their daily work using the group app. They were kind to my family and dog and ensured they kept the doors closed as they worked. The finished product is as expected. It’s beautiful and safe. I appreciate their work and would hire them again. Thanks Dylan and Alex.
