John and Team revamped my old shower into a fully tiled and glass shower of my dreams. They are great to work with and very responsive. From the demolition to the finished product quickly and the pricing was extremely fair for the work done. Mike is super and making sure the customer is happy at all times. I worked with Randy Smith at the Tatum location and he was wonderful! I remodeled my kitchen and bathrooms and the cabinets and quartz counter turned out beautiful. It was exactly what I wanted. Randy kept in touch regularly to keep me updated on my purchase and checked in several times after everything was installed. And if I ever had questions he was always available to take my calls and emails. I highly recommend DK&B!

Anthony of Trinity Remodeling and Home Center did a fantastic job designing and installing our dream kitchen. His prices beat the other vendors and Big Box Stores. The quality of the kitchen & laundry room cabinets were excellent. The installation crew did a quick and professional job. They were courteous and left a clean job. We absolutely love the “new” kitchen layout. We loved the job Anthony did so much we came back and had our three bathrooms remodeled by him.

Nothing but positive things to say about ArDan and specifically TJ & Vinnie. The quote process at the start was quick and transparent. Right before the job started we threw a change into the mix and TJ didn’t miss a beat. Communication between the GC and you for a remodel/flooring job is crucial to know what’s going on and whether it’s tracking in time. These guys have daily updates when work was in progress and the overall communication exceeded my standards. And I have high standards. Looking forward to using ArDan again for a master bath overhaul.

The process went smoothly and was totally stress free. Everyone in the team, from the design headed by Simone, through the demolishing and rebuild headed by Dan, were wonderful to work with. They came on time and did what they promised to accomplish that day. Dean, the owner checked on the progress several times and came at the end to make sure all was done to my satisfaction. I am thinking of redoing my kitchen next year, and will definitely use Kitchens by Good Guys again.

I used Avonti to build and install a custom cultured marble shower a couple years back. When everyone else told me they couldn't do custom work I learned of Avanti. They were recommended to me by my step dad who is a certified plumber and pipe welder. I was intriged by his recommendation because he is extremely picky. He is a skilled tradesman and has worked alongside and for many such companies. He rarely has much good to say about such companies, but he raved about Avanti. After having them install my shower I can see why. The shower still looks as good as the day they installed and it is the envy of everyone who sees it. Their work speaks for itself. They made my custom dream a reality and were pleasent to do business with. As a business owner myself I was impressed. I recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

What a fantastic experience this has been with my new cabinets. I was impressed with Chris listening to what I would like, to giving me options of what I could do with the space allotted. I was also pleasantly surprised how quickly the cabinets arrived. I would like to say both Sabastian and Vincent did an outstanding job in the installation of the cabinets! They were both professional, respectful, attentive to detail and cleaned up at the end of the install. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for new cabinets!

In this long review I want to give you an idea of what we went through. Our remodeling project consisted of a new kitchen, new master bathroom and new entertainment center in the Arizona Room. Based on the significant dollar investment, our expectation was high level of quality in materials and labor, and meeting schedule commitments. Legacy Design Build Remodeling overall met these expectations.
They accomplished this by following their advertised process which consisted of.
(1) Project Analysis which was to really understand what we wanted to accomplish and discuss what that means to us in time and cost. They explain their process and we met the key people that would be involved in managing the project. This initial step really helped us understand the full scope of work and funding that our wants created.
(2) Pre-Build and Permitting Phase was our most enjoyable because this was the design phase of the project. We were fortunate to work with Jeremy, who had particularly good design ideas. He spent as much time as we needed until we had acceptable drawings. As part of this phase, we decided to use the vendors that they recommended. It turned out to be the right decision. We selected all the cabinets from Solid Cabinetry which is a Phoenix based cabinet manufacturer. What we got was high quality custom level cabinets at a production manufacturer price. We were able to go to the manufacturing site and select what we specifically wanted in style and color. Next we went to ProSource to select our tiles, trims. We worked with Katie who is a fabulous designer. From there we went to Hughes Supply where we had a great selection of plumbing fixtures, cabinet handles, etc. We worked with Kare, a great designer and extremely knowledgeable about pluming products. We then went to Arizona Fireplace to select our new fireplace. We got exactly what we wanted.
Finally, we went to The Yard to select our countertops. What a superb selection they had at very reasonable costs. This was 3 days of enjoyable shopping, learning about different styles, functionality and product quality.
(3) Building is the demolition and construction phase. In this phase they assigned a Project Superintendent who, on a daily basis, managed and coordinated the construction schedule, workforce and oversaw work quality. If you are familiar with construction projects, you know that nothing goes totally as planned. So we had our share of minor delays, missing materials and redoes and some frustrations. The great news is Craig, our Super, handled everything, kept us informed and at the end we had what we had originally deigned for and wanted. While the management team was first class, you don’t get quality deliverables if the hands-on works aren’t good. Well Legacy has the finest Master Carpenters, Cabinet and Iron works people I have ever met. Floyd, our Master Carpenter, who installed our cabinets and did other trim work treated this project like he was doing his own home and his wife was looking over his shoulder. He checked, measured, touched up every cabinet, cabinet door and door handle until it was 100% perfect. We were satisfied with the quality a lot sooner than Floyd.
(4) Closeout is the final walkthrough which went quickly and easily. The main reason is that Ritch, Production Manager had everything 100% complete. This included the Punch List (of only 5 minor items), the financial reconciliation and a completely clean, painted and polished areas that was the construction site.
Now we are enjoying our remodeled home knowing that we have a 2 years warranty for anything. You just can’t go wrong with a company that ensures quality of workmanship and products throughout their process which includes the vendors and subcontractors.

It was a great experience. The work was completed in barely 2 days. The installers were very careful going in and out of the house and the work area all cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend this company. It is the second time I’ve used them.

Micah has been wonderful to work with. I have done several cabinet projects with Diamond and he is definitely a high spot in the process. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and cheerful! He has become my cabinet go-to guy.

They installed a bathtub for us in a bathroom that had only a walk-in shower.  The estimate for time and cost were both completely accurate.  They provided good guidance as we chose the tiles and the tub we wanted, and their work was professional and efficient.  We're really pleased with the results!.

Very disappointed in Design Lab. We hired them for 2 bathrooms and a master bedroom closet. Contractors are still working but getting close to finalization yet there is still no closet which should have been here by now. Just heard from Bri that the closet will ship from Chicago July 26 and will be in Phoenix the following week. All of our clothes and shoes are laid out throughout the house making life miserable while one half of the house is blocked off for renovations. BE CAREFUL UP FRONT ON TIMING WITH THIS COMPANY and THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME you along the way for various things they forgot to order. I will show you receipts if they say otherwise. Also, if doing bathrooms, know that they don't price the shower doors, sliding doors or granite counter tops. That will also be an expense you will pay additionally and you will have to order on your own as we did. Truthfully, you can do the design yourself. hind sight is 20/20. Hoping the closet get here soon!

Our experience with Kitchen Tune Up was ok, but would not recommend to anyone. Justin was our initial contact and he was amazing! Our issues with our kitchen countertop installs were: 1 - the waterfall edges were not matched up according to the directions I gave ( wanted the left side matched, they matched up the right side - and it's obvious). Pointed this out in email and text - no one acknowledged the problem, proposed a solution, etc. I should have probably pushed the issue and made them re-do the entire island...but I wasn't up to it at the time. 2 - the corbels for our extended island were not installed with the countertop install. I had to point out they didn't get installed and only then did Garth come to see the work. The fix? Extend the wall underneath the counter a few inches and put corbels in. So it works - but messes up the dimensions under our island where we may put cabinetry and beverage fridge at some point. Worst part of this issue is no one even acknowledged yup, we missed it. We are so sorry. They did offer a fix but no acknowledgement of the mistake. 3 - No one from kitchen tune up stays on site to oversee the work of the subs, to make sure all is going according to plans, etc. Other Kitchen Tune Up franchises have representatives stay on site during the work. Seems like the contractor should have been around, checked on the finished work, etc. 4 - you as the client better know exactly what you want. For example, there is no discussion about how far over you want the countertops to hang. They just assume 1 1/2 is whatever wants and that's what is installed. I didn't realize how off that looks - for me it's just too much. Especially on the island as the waterfall edge hangs over the cabinets almost 2. For what I paid, not what I wanted. But this is not my expertise or area of knowledge and I guess I had hoped for some assistance in the process. So unless you ask all.the.questions. they won't be assisting you in options available. I think I could have saved money by just hiring my own subs and supervising the work myself.
