We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. We just finished our master bathroom remodel with Re-Bath. From the beginning we were looking for someone who could complete the remodel in a timely manner and re-create a beautiful, updated bathroom. Re-bath did just that. Deborah assisted us with the initial consultation, choosing materials and designing a beautiful bathroom. Once the remodel began, Gabe put it all together with stunning results. We were very impressed throughout the whole project with his communication, daily updates and efficient work of the project. After a few days we looked forward to Gabe arriving in the morning and seeing his great work as the project moved along. Gabe was always extremely professional, knowledgeable and completed work of the highest standards with attention to every detail. The last couple of days Matt assisted with the finishing touches and completed just as amazing of work. We are very happy with our experience with Re-bath and our new bathroom!

We searched several individuals and companies to find TWD had a price that seemed more reasonable than others. Additionally, both Maria, who did all of the drywall repairs, some being rather tricky, and Javier, who did the painting, were sensational. They came on time, called beforehand, were respectful of the property and did a stellar job on everything! We could not be more pleased. When I called to ask for Maria for the 4th day in a row and learned that someone else was coming, I requested Maria remain as she knew exactly what was left to do: I was listened to! My wife and I hired Ross to remodel our bathrooms and add a pantry to our kitchen and are very happy with the results. The bathrooms feel fresh and modern and the pantry integrates into the kitchen flawlessly as if that were the original design. Throughout the process, Ross juggled the balance of style, practicality, and affordability. He was professional in communicating, working with our schedule, respectful of our space (he kept everything VERY clean), reliable, and punctual. Overall, Ross is a pleasure to work with; he clearly takes pride in his work and delivers as if he were working with his own money on his house. We have ideas for future remodeling projects and he will be our first choice!

I was in a tough spot with a roof leak that destroyed my old laminate counter top and a few cabinets. Insurance did not help much and money was tight. Anthony made me realize that now is the time to do it correct. We found the right cabinets and counter tops for a unbelievable price. The service and attention to detail was exceptional!!!

UPDATE O5/22/2021
I had a graduation with a party coming up on May 19, 2021 so on 4/26/2021 I gave a completion date of May 7, 2021 & a list of 20 items that still had to be done. Joe stopped taking my calls & he didn't meet this deadline either. In fact, him & his son completed the some of the remaining tasks on May, 18, 2021 after I left an angry call to Joe for not having my bathroom done. There are three major errors; first the shower head is too low & the tub fixtures are silver rather than bronze & Joe neglected to add the two handicap bars. There are other issues but I'm letting those go in order to get the above issues completed. Seven months from start to finish is enough of my time.

I'm a repeat client for Joe Metry, he remodel my master bathroom down to the dirt about ten years ago. He did a fantastic job back then. He took about two weeks to finish. All work was beautifully done. New request; remodeling hall bathroom & kitchen. I gave him the first installment of payment 10/16/2020. I was requesting the project to be done by Thanksgiving, it wasn't. Then I requested by Christmas, it wasn't. During this time there was no communication on his part, we were the ones making the calls & follow up. We called Joe the end of February, we wanted to cancel the job since he had yet to start. He convinced us to stay with him so he started the first of March & we are still not done. We cancel the kitchen remodel & we just want him to finish our hall bathroom. He doesn't have employees, he uses contract workers so save yourself lots of money & contract the work out yourself or find a different remodeling company. I'm filing a claim with the AZ Registrar of Contactors in order to get the project done.

We love our new shower! These ladies are professional, prompt, friendly, and have a great eye for design! Thank you!
