Installation of 2 bathroom showers. Was completed as promised. Crews were on time and very polite. They were careful on going in and out of home. The crews did amazing on clean up. Satisfied.

We hired Holtzman a year ago to do 3 large projects in our home. We remodeled our bathroom and included a steam unit, added cabinetry throughout the house, and added a nice shiplap accent wall and fireplace in our family room. I want to give a shout out to Will, the supervisor, who took this project under his wing and made sure every detail was covered and the job was done right from the beginning. I couldn't be happier about how things turned out and we are loving everything they did. If I have more projects, I am calling Holtzman and you should too! If you get Will as your supervisor, that is a huge bonus!

I have used Granite Transformation North/West two prior times before. The first was to do new granite counter tops in the kitchen, new cabinet doors and reface the cabinets. My wife and I were so pleased we had them come back and convert a bathtub to shower and bathtub...The people were great the first two times from office staff to the installers. I even got a chance to talk to the owner and his wife a couple of times and both took a real interest in their customers. Due to the other times being great we decided to finish it out and do are second and last bathroom. When I made contact to verify the estimate from six months prior I found out the company had been sold. It was purchased by a big company out of New Mexico. The feeling of we care about our customers appeared to disappear. This was the first thing I noticed. Also the cost had almost double in price which showed me there was no loyalty to a returning customer. I decided to still go with them so that the materials would match what we had previously done. The second biggest reason was the two installers Wes & Eddie that did the install on the first bathroom. They were always on time and and knew what they were doing. They were extremely experienced and knowledgeable of their jobs. I would give them (5) Star reviews on their work.....It's to bad the company changed owners......

A++++ Everything. Shane was on time, professional, organized, and clean. I cannot praise Orange Cactus remodeling enough for the work that was done. Sink, Cabinets, Counter tops, and even hardware was perfectly crafted and installed. My wife and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. He left the space as clean as he found it and did an amazing job. One week from demo to completion, which is insane. The remodel made us fall in love again with our condo. SHANE is the BEST.

We first met Tony, the owner of Ruidoso a few years ago when he was working for another company. At that time Tony did an outstanding job on the remodeling of our bathrooms. Since Tony has formed his own company we have used him for several jobs around our home. Working with Luxury Remodels was one of the best decisions I made last year. Initially, I was kinda nervous about switching contractors for my four bathrooms, but I'm so grateful I did because my bathrooms are awesome right now. Thanks to you guys. The team was super helpful with the estimating and material selections, and it made it easier for me. Their prices are reasonable for what you are getting, while they regularly updated me and kept me in the loop as the work went on. I am satisfied with the finished work and will recommend them at the slightest opportunity.

From the moment we walked into Hunt's we knew these guys were for us. They took the time to listen to our ideas and budget, to come out to the construction site to get a better sense of the space, and to solve a challenging job with creative design. The design and cabinets look awesome and the cost was exactly what we were expecting. No hard sell or pressure for unnecessary upgrades. Everything was very clearly explained by Jeff and Josh and they are very responsive. We are 100% satisfied and will be back for the guest house design.

Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

Was very pleased with Retro Pro - Eric and his team of professional employees were great - to include Angela, Steve, Oscar and Blake. Two bathrooms were completely remodeled and both were completed timely with excellent workmanship on the remodel. New showers, tub, toilets, flooring, cabinets and paint. Could not be happier with the outcome and promptness of getting the work completed. Minor warranty issues came up but resolved quickly. Again highly recommend this company for any work you want done in your home.

I hired Tyson with Kitchen and Bath Remodeling to redo my master bathroom. Right from the very start I was impressed with the professionalism and communication, which was maintained throughout the project. I was always kept informed and any problems that arised were easily and quickly dealt with. My master bathroom turned out amazing and can't wait for my next project. Would highly recommend

We had broken a window during a remodel and had to have it replaced. We chose them in October 2020 as the sales person said they could do it quickly since he has an order with a builder, and to make sure everything matches in the space since they had aluminum frames, we ordered 5 total windows and a double sliding door to replace a window and a door. In late January/early February they were finally out to do it as they had some issues with the manufacturer getting them windows, and there was no communication from RemodAZ with updates until we started to hound them. 12 weeks after anticipating 8 weeks, and had to put our flooring install on hold since the door changed the wall line a bit.

The installation was a horrible 5 day ordeal, shoddy new framing work leaving doors and windows being out of plumb/tweaked so they are really hard to open and close, my family won't even use one side of the slider. They also broke the new window during install which was the replacement for the one we broke that started this all, but they assured me they ordered the window on the spot, there are gaps in the aluminum frames on some of the windows and the paint is horrible. These windows and doors seemed to miss Quality Control altogehter. About a month after install, they sent someone out from the glass company who confirmed they were installed incorrectly, but just sprayed some silicon lubricant and did no thing with the frame elements that were supposed to be replaced with the slider due to paint defects and operation, nor the broken glass. Then nothing from them until May when Anna let me know they could not get the aluminum any longer which is months after it was ordered, but could replace in Vinyl. I told her they would all need to be replaced to match, but she couldn't respond as she was just the messenger, I asked to talk to someone who could actually make decisions for the company.

Continued silence for another month, then I get a message from Anna saying Tammy is coming out with the glass guy to finish on June 16'th, which was confirmed between 10 and 1, and on the 16th no one came out - no call no show. We were home so this was not a missed connection. On June 22nd I get a message from Anna threatening to take me to court for not being able to finish. I still don't have my kitchen together since the window still needs to be replaced. They have made no effort on their end and don't come out when they 'confirmed' they would. I reiterated that they need to have someone. I had to fix problems they created by not doing the drywall and electrical work correctly. I replied to the text saying someone who can make decisions would need to contact me, now in text as clearly everything should be in writing, and no response yet.

I would not recommend RemodAZ, my house is still not done and we still have a broken window, but they are constantly delaying and now threatening when this 8 week project turned into 9 months, all for 5 windows and a door.
