Jesus and Antonio did a great job. Antonio's texture match of our ceiling and the fix of our ceiling cracks were perfect. The next day painter ensured the finishing work was done to our satisfaction. From start to finish my husband and I are very pleased with John and his crew. Everyone was prompt, courteous, detailed oriented & efficient. I always received a prompt response from John or Michael to any questions that I had. We had both bathrooms remodeled at the same time, so it was important that the bathroom project was done in the time we agreed upon. Allure met every expectation with a A+ rating! We needed a full house remodel and chose Holtzman Home Improvement over several other well-known contractors. We couldn’t be happier with the results. From the owners (Danny and Brandon) to all of their trade people they were all friendly, professional, and experienced. When problems came up (as they always do on jobs such as ours) they listened to us and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. We were especially lucky to have Jaryd as our project supervisor. He was extremely responsive, immediately handled any issues and ensured that the project continued to move forward. Lastly, we could not have done ANY of the remodel without our wonderful designer Christina. Her design was simply beautiful and her help and support in choosing all of our cabinets, flooring, paint colors and all of the other necessities was a godsend. Holtzman is an outstanding company, and we wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to our family and friends!

The first estimate from another popular place I won't mention sent a guy out that just seemed bored with his job and I didn't feel like he was listening to a word I was saying.

As a vendor of Legacy I have to say they are amazing. Their professionalism and attention to details explains why they have been in business for over 30 years. What a great team they have and highly recommend them!!!

I contracted with Maxum to be the General Contractor for a total remodel of our recently purchased 2,750 sq. ft. home. A 75 day project is currently at 112 days. The end date is at least another 20 days away.
Every week there is a change in supervisors, laborers and sub-contractors. There is absolutely zero consistency in project progress. My wife and I have often acted as GC with workers looking towards us to provide direction.
As cheap as possible seems to be Maxum's mission statement. This has resulted in delays, redos and very intense disagreements as to how to move forward. Maxum has caused extreme anxiety for my wife and I along with unexpected costs for temporary relocation and for day to day living expenses.
The remodel results so far look very nice but only because of our very active role as designers and quality control managers.
This job did not need to be this painful. Maxum provided no concern for our input, promises made or common sense direction. We believe that our job was Maxum's first project based upon their total mismanagement of planning, product procurement, customer relations and day to day supervision and direction of employees and subcontractors.
If I were to start fresh, the contract would be much more specific related to project details and materials. I would also have included penalties for missed progress dates.

The crew worked diligently and completed the 3 bathroom remodels a day early. Very pleased with the new look and craftsmanship quality.

In 2019 Trevor Day of Stronghold remodeled our bathroom in Chandler. Wow! He did an amazing job! Check his website photo gallery for pictures of our “Chandler Bathroom” project.
Trevor has extensive knowledge about all phases of construction and has a great eye for layout and design. Our project required gutting the existing space, including jackhammering the shower floor pan, as well as expanding the footprint of our master bathroom. In addition to handling all phases of the construction, Trevor also guided us through selection of cabinets, plumbing fixtures, tile flooring and a barnwood accent wall. He pointed us to suppliers throughout the Valley, all he has done business with before. The tile work in the shower and floors is meticulous, and beautiful! Our accent wall gives a warmth that we love and he even installed Bluetooth speakers in our shower celing.
Trevor is talented and professional. He’s very easy to work with and will help you achieve your remodeling dreams as he did with us.

I have worked with Atelier 507 on several projects. I have had nothing but positive experience with them. The team has worked very fast and completed everything within a very short time frame which was very vital for me. They were there every step of the way always answering any questions I had. We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!
