Best Bathroom Addition in Phoenix AZ

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

The whole team at this company, from sales to operations and installation were just fantastic. I called them for tile replacement work. They acknowledged our request. The installers they sent were all professionals.

On time and his work is excellent. I will have him fix anything that is needed at my house and when we are ready to remodel kitchen and bathrooms, Moko is the only contractor I will call.

Highly recommend for any remodel big or small. They do phenomenal work. Their workers are very professional, on time, and very experienced.
