We bought our first home and were so thrilled to finally get our old shower/tub combo replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. We originally didn't plan on taking both out, just replacing the shower, but the price didn't turn out to be much and we could've cared less about the tub anyway. Kirk and Heath, our sales reps, spent at least an hour a piece helping us define exactly what we wanted, and our project manager Brad was able to answer just about any other question we had that popped up thereafter.Of course, it ultimately comes down to the execution of the remodel, and we couldn't be happier! Dana G and Todd H were the ones who made it happen, staying long days to get ahead of schedule and with some changes in plans, to boot. For example, there seemed to be a missed memo on where to place the shower valve, but they decided to do the extra plumbing and put it near the entry where we wanted it. We originally were going to have some drywall we'd need to finish painting separately, but turns out they had extra paneling and confirmed with us to just go ahead and install it. And they even finished some remaining tiling in some of the remaining tub dead space, which isn't something they normally do but we got to put in a special request in this case, and Todd even repurchased the grout for this because he found a color that matched better than what we had. This review is getting massively long but I wanted to make sure these two got recognized for how invested they were to give us the remodel we wanted.In summary, Dreamstyle is pretty great. If you get Dana and Todd, even better.

Called into get some information, that was a mistake spoke with steve must just woke up.
I let him know that I found this company on the web and seemed a bit lost. I asked him if they would build a casita in Mesa, if he was familiar with the City building codes. steve said we are bizzy and we are not doing any more projects this year . Okay I will call a company that is interested in business . Great job steve

Through Home Advisor I got a referral for Holtzman Home Improvement for my bathroom project of replacing my shower and replacing my garden tub with a sitting area. I chose Holtzman over the other 3 contractors that bid the project due to their quick response, professional procedures yet personal interaction of all of the staff. The office is well stocked with materials and software yet I was permitted to use tile materials of my own choosing.
Melanie, the liaison, visited the project to be sure I got exactly what I thought I was getting. Brandon, the owner, was always responsive to a cell call even when I had a follow up issue which he cheerfully resolved.

Mine was a small project so scheduling was a bit haphazard. Some surprise workman appearances and a few scheduled steps moved to other days; but it was completed in a reasonable time and the quality of workmanship was consistent. The tile installer Hector was above and beyond.
Holtzman pricing was similar to 2 of the other contractors.
I would definitely recommend Holtzman for bathroom and kitchen projects.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with TWD. We hired them as our contractor for two guest bathroom remodels and a few other things that needed to be fixed in the house as well. I have had some terrible experiences with contractors before so even though I wanted to get the work done, I was extremely nervous about dealing with yet another general contractor. I had some personal recommendations, however, from friends and family who’d had great work done by TWD so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with them to discuss the jobs.

My first contact was with Ron LaBrie, who is the Design Manager at TWD. Ron came to my home to look at the spaces and to get a feeling for what I wanted in terms of design so that he could prepare an estimate. From the very beginning, I felt extremely comfortable with Ron. He was personable and obviously very knowledgeable about products as well as a design expert. Unlike one of the other companies that I received an estimate from where they gave me a price on the spot, Ron did tell me he would need about a week, and that was fine with me because that showed that he was actually putting effort into the estimate and not just giving me a “blanket quote.” When I got the estimate back, I thought it was very fair, however there were a few places where I wanted to see if we could trim costs a bit. Everything was itemized and Ron was AMAZING at helping me find fantastic alternatives that would still look great while keeping us within our budget.

Once work started on my jobs, Eric Miller was in regular contact with me to let me know exactly what the schedule was and what I could expect at each stage of the project. TWD even has an online portal where you can log in and see the calendar as well as approve any work orders. Speaking of which, the only changes from the original estimate were extra things that I added on after work started. There were no surprises in terms of extra costs. What I was quoted was exactly what it cost. There were a few small delays due to materials issues but that was beyond TWD’s control and Eric went out of his way to make sure everything arrived as quickly as possible and even had some new tile ordered at no additional cost to me because he didn’t think the quality of what the manufacturer sent was up to the high standards you can expect from TWD.

We had drywall, plumbing, tile work, painting, electrical and granite work done and every one of TWD’s guys did beautiful work. The team was here every day on time and cleaned up each day before they left. Again, Eric was fantastic in that he stopped by to personally inspect the work on a regular basis as it was progressing and then again at the end of the job to make sure I was 100% satisfied with all the work that had been completed.

We can’t praise TWD enough. They not only did a beautiful job on our remodeling projects, but they made us feel like we could trust them completely. And we never heard “no.” It was only, “We’ll take care of it!” And they did. We will never need to look any further than TWD for any projects we may need done in the future. They do everything from minor drywall repairs to complete home remodels. No matter how big or small the job, you can be assured that TWD will do it beautifully, on time, and at a very competitive price. We would highly recommend TWD to anyone!

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

Took them over 5 months from start to completion to install our new master bathroom after telling us it would be 5-6 weeks.
Fast forward five almost (5) years later and the cabinets are falling off the walls because they were not properly secured. Since we know we are out of warranty, and we don't want another multi month fiasco in our bedroom, we will have to bring in another contractor to reinstall our master sink and cabinets again.
We wanted our dream bathroom, we did not go with the cheep contractor here. Very disappointing.

If you need something done right, request Norm! He has maintained our home for years and always does a fantastic job.

Anthony was very helpful and very knowledgeable his prices can't be beat. I was very impressed with his showroom and the one on one atinchen I received..The kitchen turned out amazing will definitely do island with him and refer him to anyone who needs any remodeling done.

Danny and his team were great to work with. They guided us through the entire process of the remodel. They had samples of the material we could look at and made a design drawing of what the kitchen would look like when they were finished. Every day during the remodel they completely cleaned up so there wasn't tools or debris laying around. Every wishlist item we had, they were able to accomplish. We now have a pantry, way more cabinet space, higher ceilings, better lighting, an island for the sink, and a more open entry into the dining room.

We couldn't be happier. You can't go wrong with these guys.

We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. Attention: I vented too soon. I finally got up the nerve to call Legacy and they were nice enough to grant me an appointment. Our misunderstanding was cleared up and a trust was formed and now Legacy is remodeling my bathroom. It has been nothing but a positive and professional experience working with them. These are The Professionals folks. These are the good guys who are sharp, honest, organized and very experienced,. And a very important thing, is that they are Licensed and they also have that Great Reputation that comes with them! And they make sure to live up to it! They keep you informed of each step along the way. I am so happy that I chose Legacy and I know you will be too.
