Best Bathroom Tub in Phoenix AZ

This was our first time working with Phoenix Home Remodeling to completely remodel two bathrooms. From start to finish they were professional and the workmanship was outstanding. They helped guide us through our first remodel venture. We are planning to use them again as we have a few more projects to get done.

Good Guys are exactly the name - good guys (and girls)! They truly are the nicest people to work with, and are so knowledgeable in the field. They manage the project start to finish and even after if something breaks or whatever the case may be - they fix it and make it right. The whole team Amber, Shannon and Dean are great people to work with. I'd absolutely recommend them for remodel work and kitchen and bath design.

I used Avonti to build and install a custom cultured marble shower a couple years back. When everyone else told me they couldn't do custom work I learned of Avanti. They were recommended to me by my step dad who is a certified plumber and pipe welder. I was intriged by his recommendation because he is extremely picky. He is a skilled tradesman and has worked alongside and for many such companies. He rarely has much good to say about such companies, but he raved about Avanti. After having them install my shower I can see why. The shower still looks as good as the day they installed and it is the envy of everyone who sees it. Their work speaks for itself. They made my custom dream a reality and were pleasent to do business with. As a business owner myself I was impressed. I recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

Keith and Serranos are unprofessional and not dependable. He gave me a quote for quartz countertops installation that was higher than other fabricators but I decided to accept it based on positive reviews. He didn't like the idea I wanted to buy slabs from Arista Stones, saying they are not responsible when their materials are defective. When I insisted because I liked the slab, he asked me to change my Sales Rep from the one I worked with to one he preferred. He said that my rep just got fired. As I heard none of these were true. I talked to a new rep, I bought a new sink and a faucet and, took a day off at work and was ready for templating. A day before, Keith just texted me, he was not going to do the project, without providing a reason. Regardless of Serranos response to this review, I would not use them and recommend to stay away.

Do yourself a favor by contacting this company!! Scores of prestigious awards a brilliant design staff, and the most stress free remodeling/project management environment in AZ. Job well done!!

Colton B and Pedro M were refreshingly professional, kind, knowledgeable and great craftsmen. They were on time, explained the process, answered any questions, went over everything when completed and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend these two young men and Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom.

They communicate clearly and promptly with the client throughout the entire remodeling process. This includes setting expectations for timelines, costs, and any potential issues that may arise. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Rob was really nice but Joe did not deliver on any of Rob's promises. Subs never knew what to do and repeatedly came out with the wrong or no equipment or hardware. Shower glass had to be redone because they cut a random slit into the ponywall cap and just left it there hoping we would not notice. Nothing was ever done right the first time and when we pointed it out Joe always found a shortcut that looked terrible and only further delayed the project. The simple bathroom remodel took 8 months! I do NOT recommend!

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

We had a great experience with Better Bath Remodeling. Michael was very easy to work with and his flexibility allowed us to stay within budget. We had the good fortune to work with Martin. He kept us in the loop throughout and collaborated closely with us on all of the details. We love how both bathrooms turned out and highly recommend these guys for anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price.
