They remodeled our 80's master bath to a beautiful modern one. They also took part of our guest room to make a huge walk in the pantry. They also made our galley kitchen into a larger kitchen with a large island. They timed the kitchen, which was the largest project, so that from the demolition to complete new kitchen was only about 6 weeks. All are gorgeous and they were completely professional and extremely thorough. I think it took longer to work with the designer on the actual design and making all the selections. They are totally wonderful to work with and would recommend this company for any interior changes you may be considering.

Every worker was not only on time, but they all asked for my input into their tasks. Austin, my project manager, was very professional and communicative and made what could have been a stressful time, an enjoyable one. I would use TWD again ina heartbeat.

Kitchen countertop project: I put together a general scope of work for my project. Every contractor that bid this was working from the same set of requirements. CustomCreative was the only contractor who both understood and improved the SoW before making their proposal. Their bid was realistic and extremely competitive. Terms were fair. Praveen (owner) also indulged my desire to clarify the final contract with more details. This was a very good sign. Their office is in Scottsdale, my home is in Sun City West....no problem - they're happy to do business with far west metro customers. All of their craftsmen are terrific; skilled and easy to work with. Project communication was top notch and I could not be happier with the final results. Serranos was the best priced countertop installers in town. We priced several other local shops and Serranos was by far the best. Installation was very good and we are very pleased with the results! We would definitely recommend them.
