Amazing. Reimagine replaced our roof that is officially leak free and looks beautiful now! They also went above and beyond... we are building an ADU and the contractor did not install the roof properly. Reimagine came out, did an in depth look at it and found serious flaws to explain the severe leaking. They took the time to explain all the defects and provided a detailed report for us on their time. Highly professional, knowledgeable, skilled but also friendly and down to earth. Warranties from them are awesome, they protect their work and stand by it. Honestly, throughout the building process, dealings and reaching out for assistance with another project I feel 100% safe with them. The GM that specifically went over details with us did so on his birthday due to our sense of urgency. Reimagine, I believe, wants to see a job done correctly. You cannot receive higher customer service, competency or transparency. 10/10. I wish every company was this diligent.

Sean came out for the initial bid, he took extra time to explain some things more in detail then others had. He left me his cell phone number and told me to call, text or email him if I had any questions. When I called him to request SDC's certificate of insurance he had no issues sending a copy of it over to me. He emailed me and kept me up to date on when the roofing would start. Brian and the crew came out and did a great job with the roof. They were very respectful of my home and property. They put down drop cloths to try and catch some of the mess flying off the roof. The stuff that missed the tarps, they actually walked around and picked up. These guys must of walked back and forth 100 times getting all the little odds and ends up!! They also brought the leave blower and made sure to get all that extra gravel parts away from the house. Once work was completed Sean promptly sent me an email with my final receipt for work as well as the warranty for the roof. If you want a roofer who is respectful to you and your property and takes pride in making sure your home looks nice you found them here with SDC! Give Sean and his team a chance. So glad I did! Should have went elsewhere. At first we were happy with the company. But that was short lived. Got a completely new roof amongst a bunch of other things costing us roughly $20,000. But come the first decent rain and wind storm since install and the roof leaks. We requested that someone come take a look as it was leaking pretty decent through on of our newly remodeled bathrooms A/C vents damaging the ceiling We were told that it was due to the A/C, which was false as I had just had my A/C system inspected prior. Brandon had his guys patch some spot with tar on the roof and said it was good to go, ran water on the roof which then caused it to leak even more through another A/C vent causing even more ceiling damage. We requested that they return and re inspect. Mean while they are declining that this leak is caused by the roof and denying responsibility. Which makes zero sense. How is it that my roof that you just rebuilt is leaking and that isn’t your fault or are not willing to work with us. There is a decent amount of moisture in my drywall at this point which can grow mold and seeing as one the damaged and moist areas is right where the inlet for my A/C is all of that mold will be spread through the house and into my wife’s elderly grandmothers area. This issue has being going on for a couple weeks now and still have gone nowhere. We have called Kevin who is a manager and he plays it like it’s no big deal and we have zero luck getting ahold of Brandon who was the project manger. Good luck to anyone else who goes through this company and has any issues. They won’t take any responsibility and own up to anything let alone fix it.
