This company is amazing. They care to do a great job! Everyone from Jerry and Brian from design to the install team and production under Stephanie were awesome!

The crew worked diligently and completed the 3 bathroom remodels a day early. Very pleased with the new look and craftsmanship quality.

The remodeling of our shower was an absolute nightmare with RWR. It was supposed to take 2-3 weeks but took over 2 months due to lack of communication and poor craftsmanship. After leaving 3 messages asking to speak to a supervisor we got a call back from the accountant. While he was very nice it wasn't his job to handle escalated issues. They say they are about customer service and making the process stress free but it was quite the opposite experience. We did a lot of the leg work and dealt with a complete lack of professionalism throughout the process. We heard a lot of apologies along the way but in the end there are still craftsmanship issues we simply have to live with. We spent way too much money to deal with what we did. Would definitely NOT recommend!!

My kitchen cabinets and remodel were done by Affinity in 2009. They still look like new. We are delighted with the excellent craftsmanship. Today, for the first time I had a drawer that I had over filled and I could not get it open. I tried everything. It was an inaccessible interior. I am a pretty capable homeowner but I was really frustrated. I called Marco at Affinity.They had not talked to me for eleven years. Jamie came right over and he freed the drawer in 10 minutes. It is a Friday during Corona virus. I am incredibly grateful. This once again validates our early decision to go with the highest quality custom cabinets we could find for our busy working kitchen! Trevor is one of the nicest contractors I’ve worked with. He is very knowledgeable in just about everything and will do his due diligence if he isn’t familiar with something. He is very honest and very competitive with pricing. I would highly recommend him for any project you have in mind.

Recently, we had our master bathroom updated to something more innovative. With the upgrades, now we have a large walk-in shower with a jetted tub and a heated floor. We always wanted to have the feel of a luxury spa in our home. Additional storage was added under the sinks. The manager’s daily visits while the renovations were taking place was reassuring that we made the right decision with hiring them. Thank you !!

They showed up as promised, their work was perfect, and they cleaned up completely before they left. The end result is terrific. We will definitely use them again, and strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job.

Dan is really informative. He called me and we had a great conversation about what he offers. I believe he does high quality work with made in america products. Based on my conversation, I would trust him and use him in the future. The only reason we did not is because we didn't want to manager several vendors ourselves as Dan only does the cabinets. Plus we probably won't be in the house more than 3-4 years.

If you need quality cabinets, I think Dan can get it done for you.

We are now going on 6 months trying to remodel 800 square feet of existing space and extend garage out. Designer was inept. Multiple things that should have been in initial design weren't (ie: lighting design and reasonable electrical layout, etc). Now these are change order over runs that caost time and extra money. Have had to have multiple fights to have things done right and over simple corrections multiple times. Currently waiting for electrical to be completed finishing 4th week (800sqft totally open!). They are now the joke of the neighborhood. Superintendent no longer would speak to us over the phone or in person, would only text message because he didn't like complaints about the work. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Plainly they don't really care.

We have seen Kitchen tune-up work at our customers homes, they always leave a clean are after they finish the work. The results are great and the best is that we don't have to worry about a mess to clean up afterwards.
