My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

I recently had Phoenix Home Remodeling complete renovations in both my master and guest bathrooms, kitchen, and entertainment wall in my home. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the results!! The process they set in place and communication on a daily basis made the entire project so much easier than expected. The use of Buildertrend software helped to keep me on budget and communication between the team and myself seamless. The team of employees were amazing to work with; especially given this was my first time remodeling a home. The work and amount of care for my home, lifestyle (we lived in the house during the construction), and quality of work was evident from day one until completion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a home project or upgrades. Good god what a phenomenal contractor! Holtzman Home Improvement was an exceptional choice for my wife and our home. Everything was effortless, efficient, and overall pleasant. The owner, Brandon, worked with us to work out our ideas and turn them into reality, and even added a few touches of his own that we absolutely adore. We did a whole new kitchen and it turned out better than we ever could've imagined. Any time I had questions or concerns, every answer i received was clear and concise, from the Superintendent to the customer service. I found Holtzman via a recommendation from a work colleague and I will absolutely be recommending Holtzman to everyone I know!!

Once again ArDan did excellent work for us. We used their repair and maintenance service to take care of several BINSR items that came up as we sold our home. We just have completed using granite tops for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The installation crew was right on time, helpful, courteous and we are very happy with the results. If you want to improve your home without a long, messy installation, I'd suggest you contact these people. One day and a half, a cleanup that did not take long, and we're back to normal. Jim is the very knowledgeable sales person that comes to your home, and he has all the answers.

We found Serranos Surfaces on Offerup and could not be more happy with our experience. Keith and his Team are excellent communicators and was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable at helping us choose the perfect stone for our countertops. One of things that I noticed was that the backsplashes in the bathrooms and laundry room were well thought out, because the veining on the countertops continued up the backsplash. Also, by request we made our island edge thicker to stand out and anchor the kitchen. We couldn’t be more pleased! We highly recommend Serranos Surfaces!

My husband and I hired Legacy to remodel 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, a new sink and Island Kitchen counter and a Kitchen back splash. We did a lot of research before deciding on Legacy. So glad we chose them. The entire Legacy team, Brian, Jeremy, Debbie, Ritchie, Jacob, Floyd and Scott were professional, and extremely good at their various responsibilities. The subs they use are the best! Their tile guy, Saul, worked with Marble, glass, and a penny floor.....and was a true artist with each of the tile surfaces. Excellent quality for the money.

We purchased counter tops for our master and hall bathrooms. Josh and his assistant showed up on time were and immediately got to work. During the time they were in our home they conducted themselves professionally and communicated well about the work being done. A few days later I discovered an issue with the counter in the hall bathroom. It sat too low and didn’t allow the top drawers to open. I notified Superior Stone and spoke with May. She assured me Josh would be out the following day to address it. As promised he showed up and corrected the issue. Due to the customer service and professionalism of everyone at Superior Stone I recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase their products and services.

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

Republic West Remodeling is your go to. I have had the pleasure to work with them and they are great at what they do. They have great communication and are clear and detailed on what they need when using us to paint their projects. Overall great team to work with.

We are having a terrible experience with Affinity Kitchens of Scottsdale. They were to have our cabinets today (2/20) and to start the installation. They did not even know where our cabinets were and now pushed our installation off till March. They are an unresponsive Company and I plan to never use them ever again. I would not recommend them to anyone planning a new kitchen or a remodel.

Curtis did a great job removing and replacing the shower in the master bathroom. It turned out awesome! I definitely would love to have him return to do another bathroom in the future. He is very professional and courteous. Anthony and Veronica Beltran

I reached out to Juan at G&C Construction to get a quote for replacing the floors, countertops, and backsplash in my house. Juan responded quickly and came out the next day to walk through the house, get measurements and discuss the plan and provide me a quote. The next day I received a detailed quote with a breakdown of all the costs. He and his crew were able to start as soon as I needed them to. Once I was ready Juan came out again with the crew to introduce me and once again confirm the plan (flooring direction, countertops, etc). Juan quoted 2 weeks to finish the job and they finished in exactly 2 weeks and I could not be happier with the outcome. I have dealt with many contractors in the past, so I was waiting for some sort of hiccup or delay, but that never happened. Juan has been the most reliable and communicative contractor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend him for any work you need done in your home.

Efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. Master bath and kitchen grout look great. Highly recommend.

Nate and Curt are involved in my project. They did a new AC installation in May 2021 and redid the ductwork, and it works great. I was pleased that they only request money as the work progresses. With the supply of goods, labor shortages, and delays at city hall with the permits, it's been a process, but I'm well satisfied with the quality of the work. but Currently redoing the laundry room; the walls are made of of cement and stucco, but the tradespersons never complain.

Over charge for silly things. Very rude!
