On time, on budget, excellent work! What more could you ask for from a contractor remodeling your bathroom? They were as easy as it gets to work with. Highly recommend hiring these guys for your next remodel project.

Although we are pleased with the operation and appearance of the Walk-in Tub, I have since discovered that the installation crew did not fill the hole left in our concrete floor after relocating the drain from the old tub. And they left a large opening in the drywall for the water lines. I'm not sure the workmanship meets the plumbing codes? The tub hides these discrepancies- if you can't see it, nobody will know. But, unfortunately this work should have been completed for what we were charged. Once again, we are victims of a contractor cutting corners for their profit.
We also didn't enjoy the games the Senior Consultant played, allowing us a substantial discount.

I always felt well-informed, and my questions and requests were responded to quickly. Jason, the Designer, took my few ideas and came up with a design that was both beautiful and highly functional. The guys who did the work – Ben, Mark, Garin and all of the others - worked so hard, their work was perfection, and before they left every day, the area was clean and organized. I’ve heard of people so tired of having workers in their house and problems associated with remodels, but these guys were so great, professional and the whole process was so easy and went so fast! Wow! I don’t believe this company.First, I was lying in bed during my 4th week in the hospital. With a little help from my friends, George came to my house and took all the measurements for the remodeling. I was able to use the video app on my phone to complete the transaction.Second, sooner than anticipated the installer were ready to install.Third, still in the hospital - now the 10th week - Corey, Andrew, and Cassey took out the bathtub, removed the dirt and grim, and unclogged the drain for the installation. Then, through the phone video I was able to determine the location of shelves, hand bars, and seat location for the walk-in shower.Fourth, the installers offered good alternatives for the location of the shower inserts. The installation and cleanup were done in one day.Fifth, and finally … I would like to thank all the above and the office staff Michael, Angie, and Hunter for helping.

The design team worked with me to ensure every idea was developed fully, and the follow through & workmanship was fantastic. Two men came for work and they cleaned up as soon as every section was completed. They had the kitchen cleaned up and the parts were ready for installation. They showed professional behavior and were very responsive. Highly recommended.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

We needed a full house remodel and chose Holtzman Home Improvement over several other well-known contractors. We couldn’t be happier with the results. From the owners (Danny and Brandon) to all of their trade people they were all friendly, professional, and experienced. When problems came up (as they always do on jobs such as ours) they listened to us and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. We were especially lucky to have Jaryd as our project supervisor. He was extremely responsive, immediately handled any issues and ensured that the project continued to move forward. Lastly, we could not have done ANY of the remodel without our wonderful designer Christina. Her design was simply beautiful and her help and support in choosing all of our cabinets, flooring, paint colors and all of the other necessities was a godsend. Holtzman is an outstanding company, and we wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to our family and friends!

Wanted to update a shower..and had no friends’ recommendations....found Ross Brower’s website and “took the leap” based on his work description/vision advertised there...my husband and I were super super pleased with not only the final outcome, but the whole experience! He was ALWAyS on time, attentive to our questions, and did perfect work. He made us feel like a valued customer right from the start... quite refreshing in this day and age.

The communication you have with these guys are unprecedented, they really do keep open communication and they are very upfront with anything and everything. They answered any questions I had at anytime. They exceeded my plans I had to remodeled my house especially my bathrooms! It was honestly more than I could ever ask for.
I had them crate a mancave for my husband and OMG did they ever blow it out of the water!! Its AMAZING! HE loved it and cannot stop talking about it. They went above and beyond with it and I could not have asked for more.
They really did a great job on my new home, I honestly couldn't be happier and if I ever needed anything else done with my house they would be the ones I would call.

I currently work for Ben and finally found an employer that isn’t afraid or to good to bust his butt day in day out on the whole project with his employees! He is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and extremely accurate in all of his projects. He is the definition of a caring boss and professional businessman!... Our project was taking out our garden tub and shower in our master bath and putting in a walk in shower. It ended up taking a week longer than expected because of our glass installation, but the end result was fantastic. Marjeanne and Skylar oversaw the entire installation, making sure that things were done correctly. The crews that were hired on: tilers, plumbers, and glass installers were all professional. Everyone cleaned up their areas to the point that you couldn't tell that they were there. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom or kitchen because they do excellent work.

In January 2019, we had our kitchen, laundry and one bath remodeled. In addition, we replaced all the flooring tile throughout the home working through Stellar Kitchen & Bath. Jeff Chaignot, the owner, is very professional and has superb customer service skills. The entire project was done on time. We are very happy with the finished project and are really impressed with the quality of the Oak Craft kitchen cabinets. We had such a positive experience with this project, we plan to complete our master suite bath remodel with Jeff in the Fall 2019. If you’re considering doing any remodeling project, we would highly recommend Stellar Kitchen and Bath. Jeff Chaignot is great to work with and was exceptional at answering all our questions to ensure a successful project!

I always think a project will be quick and simple. But not if it is done right. Re-Bath specialists installed a beautiful porcelain tiled shower, making sure it is waterproofed and nicely framed. A friend said I got my money's worth and I agree.
