Best Flooring in Phoenix AZ

After scouring online for bath remodelers, I selected 3 candidates, and Allure was the winner. The owner, John, came out promptly, told me my current bath was beautiful (but I wanted to replace tub with tiled walk in shower), and gave me a competitive proposal. Working with Allure's crew (Noah and Ramon deserve special mention) was easy and their workmanship met my expectations. John is a man of integrity, knowledgeable about his trade, and easy to work with. If I wanted to remodel another bath, I'd hire Allure again.

From first contact to finish the experience was beyond my expectations! The communication, collaboration, and attention to detail was first class. The bathroom tub removal & shower install was completed on time and at budget. I can't wait to start an even bigger project with Phoenix Home Remodeling.

My wife and I purchased our Home, a Midcentury Modern built in 1955 by Ralph Haver in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. The Home had original ungrounded wiring with exposed wire splicing. There were also two rooms that were added by a previous owner without permits.

Ultimately, we wanted to fully restore our Home to its original character, while at the same time, installing all of the safety, amenities and conveniences found in homes of new construction today.

We interviewed a handful of contactors for this task, Steve Shinn from Homework Remodels being one of them. Steve immediately stood out from the group. We found him easy to talk to, prompt and extremely knowledgeable with the historic characteristics of our Haver Home.

With Steve’s help, we nearly rebuilt most of the major components of our Home. When it was said and done, we upgraded the entire wiring and electric panel, installed new HVAC main unit and ducting lines, replaced all of the plumbing lines (both supply and drain lines including the sewer), installed LED recessed lighting throughout the Home, constructed a stem wall, a trench drain and added mini split HVAC units which the City required for issuing permits for the two unpermitted rooms, installed a 16” slider to the backyard, utilized steel beams to remove loan bearing walls in order to open up the kitchen and the living rooms, installed a tankless water heater system, applied sprayed insulation in the small attic, and performed various other upgrades.

We are very happy with Steve’s work. We found Steve’s work to be of high quality and found Steve’s expertise and creativity in helping rebuild our Haver Home to be invaluable.

We plan on hiring Steve in the near future to complete Phase 2 of our Home, which will include all of the finishes.

I just can not say enough good things about this remodeling company. Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Phoenix worked on my kitchen and bathroom tiles and vanity in both a swiftly and knowledgeable manner. The time was extremely polite and experienced the entire time. I will be using this company again!

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

I had the pleasure of working with holtzman home improvement a few months ago. They came in to my house and gave me a quote to remodel my kitchen, they worked with my budget, while keeping my interest and vision throughout the project. The trades are amazing, professional and clean, they made sure everything was done right until the end. I can truly say I recommend them to anyone who wants to update their living space. 5stars.

Their work was completed on time. They used real craftsmen. I'm very picky and these people did a perfect job. I couldn't be more satisfied. Buy the way what they did for us wasn't just some run of the mill job.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Maxum is the best. We couldn’t be more pleased with our bathrooms. From the initial contact with John and Taylor, when they came to our house to take measurements, to the final inspection, they were professionals with a personal touch. Within two or three days, a design for the master bath was sent to us for review. The plan was excellent and fit our space perfectly. After a visit to the show room for a detailed discussion, we decided to have both bathrooms remodeled simultaneously. The two professionals who worked on the project, Ricardo and Jose, were extremely skilled and talented. There were no delays, no glitches, everything went smoothly and attention to detail was always in the forefront. The custom-made vanities, cabinets and tiling are exceptional. The most important aspect was the communication between Maxum and us. Everything was open and honest and Maxum delivered. We could not recommend them more for a remodel and will no doubt use them again in the future.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! This is a top notch company! From the moment we walked into their door, we have had nothing but the BEST service. All of our questions were answered, they went over every minute detail of the process, costs, etc. Even though it took a few months due to schedule the work due to high demand of their meticulous tile installer, at the start of the remodel, we were notified of everyone's schedule, etc. All of their sub contractors were professional and took the greatest care in my home. They were ON TIME and COMMUNICATED!!! what the heck? lol... it was the best experience ever and I will absolutely refer anyone to this company for any of your home remodel needs.
