Best Tile Flooring Installation in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. Thanks John for everything you've done.

The install team was on time both days. They were very respectful and clean in their work. The job of replacing my tub/shower to a walk-in shower was done as promised with no delay. I was highly pleased with the job when done and I would use Pacific Bath Company again.

We recently remodeled our master bathroom with Phoenix Home Remodeling. After having at least six other companies come through and give us a bid, we never felt comfortable. Then we met with Phoenix Home Remodeling. They were upfront, honest, and able to answer our questions. We decided to move ahead with Phoenix Home Remodeling for the project. Then entire process was fantastic. We were able to diagram out every single thing we wanted, and they made it happen. We had good dialouge throughout. Every one of their employees was very pleasant, on time every day, and worked with us around our schedule. And the end result is beautiful. We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. Special shoutout to Lupe on the tile work. It is immaculate.

The installers, Cordell B. and Deshaun B. , arrived as scheduled and were very cordial and professional. The job required demolition of the existing tile shower enclosure and a partial wall, requiring the use of a jack-hammer. They covered the flooring from the entrance to the bath and kept dirt to a minimum. The water was shut off for a very short time. The new Jacuzzi enclosure was installed, joints sealed, fixtures mounted, and job finished the same day. They left the site as clean as before they started.

We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

Steve, the owner came out to our home to give us an estimate for our master bathroom remodeling project that we have been saving up for. I will admit his prices were a tad bit hirer than other contractors that I had met with, but something told me he was the one and as a female you have to go with your intuition. He was very honest & genuine about the whole process and we all know the saying, you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay a little extra for piece of mind during my renovation...and as it turned out that is what I was given, just that. We were just thrilled the outcome of our master bathroom, we couldn't be happier!! I got the (spa-like) bathroom retreat that I always wanted and the whole team from design to the installers did a wonderful job, hence the 5 Stars. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom!!

After the remediation, no one could ever guess that the place was demolished a few hours ago. Their services genuinely need recognition.

Had a bathtub removed and replaced with an ADA compliant walk-in shower. Joel V. did outstanding work. He was professional, courteous, punctual and kept me informed on all the details of the job. Bathroom turned out amazing.

OMG!!! We are in heaven!!! We remodeled our upstairs master bathroom to accommodate my pending hip re-replacement which would require a 3 month recovery. I needed a handicap accessible bathroom! Derek suggested an Aqua Therapy Tub with jets, light therapy, and macro bubbler to exfoliate the skin and leave it baby soft. It’s AMAZING!!! I highly recommend the tub! Derek also extended the shower to accommodate a wheelchair and added a handheld shower head along with a rain shower head. The shower experience is just as amazing as the tub...well, almost! Derek’s work is phenomenal! He is very knowledgeable, detailed and meticulous with his work. And he is very accommodating and easy to work with. He’s a very friendly guy who has made our remodel a very pleasant experience. We HIGHLY recommend derek@aquatherapytubs to remodel/upgrade your bathroom as well. You’ll be glad you did!

Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Our project was enclosing a small lanai and adding a 17’ x 40’ Workshop. Their bid (I obtained 4) was very competitive and we enjoyed working with Bret. He was always on top of everything pertaining to our project and was quick to respond whenever we had questions. The workmanship was first class and we plan to hire them for future home improvements. In January 2019, we had our kitchen, laundry and one bath remodeled. In addition, we replaced all the flooring tile throughout the home working through Stellar Kitchen & Bath. Jeff Chaignot, the owner, is very professional and has superb customer service skills. The entire project was done on time. We are very happy with the finished project and are really impressed with the quality of the Oak Craft kitchen cabinets. We had such a positive experience with this project, we plan to complete our master suite bath remodel with Jeff in the Fall 2019. If you’re considering doing any remodeling project, we would highly recommend Stellar Kitchen and Bath. Jeff Chaignot is great to work with and was exceptional at answering all our questions to ensure a successful project!

I will admit there were a few issues during the redo of our shower but in the end everything turned out beautifully. I have to say all of the people we had direct contact with were very courteous & professional. They listened to our concerns & questions. We do want to send out special recognition to Keaton Linford. He was so informative, very thorough and paid the greatest attention to detail. I would actually say he went above and beyond on many occasions. We would recommend Re-bath if you are considering a bathroom update. If you have a chance to request the finish installer definitely ask for Keaton Linford!
