Best Tile Flooring Installation in Phoenix AZ

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

Phoenix Home Remodel just completed our Master Bathroom remodel and we could not be happier with everything that they did and how they do it. They have a process all set up so you are kept in the loop for the entire remodel. And they will not start the remodel until all components are ordered and received which makes for a really smooth and quick remodel once they start. Rodrigo was our designer and was super helpful in picking out fixtures and providing many choices and advice. Ben and Mark were our project managers and were always very responsive and always let us know when they would arrive and what they would be doing and kept project running smoothly. Lupe did a great job on the tile work and you can tell he is very good at everything tile. Scott did a great job installing the shiplap. And Roy did a great job with the cabinets. I would highly recommend Phoenix Home Remodeling and look forward to using them again when we do our guest bathroom.

Holtzman Home Improvement has done multiple jobs for our home, including a large job installing hardwood floors in most of the home. Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. They not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues, but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. I was a little pessimistic regarding this type of walk-in shower remodel with my older home - but found true artists of their skill. I'm not easily impressed but this time… Absolutely!! This company is absolutely amazing! The designers, dean, and the entire crew are professional and all around great to work with. Our kitchen and two bathrooms were completely remodeled and not only did the results look amazing but it was done 4 weeks early…yes early! The whole process went so smooth. The app they use was really helpful for seeing the calendar, making payments, and sending messages. The crew worked so hard everyday and kept the area clean when they left. My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! We obtained several bids prior to proceeding with Diamond Granite and Remodel. From our first meeting with Danny the sales representative, we felt comfortable with his explanations and he was very straightforward about the process. He explained the lead time would be several weeks, due to busy schedule and the move to their new facility. Rachel in the front office was very helpful in getting my final template/measurements when I had a schedule conflict, she also maintained our install date, though we had to delay the final template appointment. When the installers Ernesto and Jose’ arrived they were polite, professional and courteous, the install went smoothly until our Bartop which had several complex angles involved, wasn’t fitting properly, Ernesto carefully measured and made a few adjustments taking his time until it fit perfectly. The job ran a bit long and another installer Art replaced Jose’ who had an appointment, transition was seamless the guys did a fantastic job. Danny won us over,from the beginning, and we were very pleased in our choice.

Custom Creative Remodeling was an excellent company to work with. They were perfect with their timing and getting the job done. The gentleman who installed the kitchen tiles did superb, high quality and precision work. The counter top installers were great, fast and did excellent, high quality work. The installer of the floor tile did wonderful, perfectly fitting work. His finishing of the tiles was and still is excellent.

Haleigh Lueders was impressive with her design knowledge and solutions to potential design problems. We could not have asked for better. She also has excellent taste and comes up with great, very creative suggestions. She was a jewel to work with, especially in regards to the selection of tiles, color schemes for the tiles, the selection of the beautiful sink, its color, etc.

Art Herrera was excellent and a perfect project manager. His broad knowledge with all aspects of the work to be done in the remodeling process is impressive. He was great examining and inspecting the workers' execution of work. We felt very well taken care of by Art and developed mutual trust right away.

Both Haleigh and Art were most helpful, friendly, forthcoming and exceeded our expectations. They are rare individuals in terms of their work ethic, precision, reliability and quality of work expectations. Custom Creative Remodeling should never let them leave for other employment.

There were two problem areas: The reverse osmosis water filter installer (plumber) did something wrong. We had leaks. The electrician made several connection mistakes (with the kitchen outlets) in the kitchen creating shorts in several outlets and the corresponding circuit. Personally I would not hire this electrician. We used our own electrician to fix this.

We visited twice over two weeks, spoke with a salesman each time, provided measurements and what we wanted for countertops and cabinets. Never heard back from either salesman. We called and asked for updates several times and still never heard back. Unfortunately, a terrible experience and waste of time for us.
