Best Restoration in Phoenix AZ

Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

Graco Home Remodeling was great from start to finish! Ignacio Carrion is very professional and has amazing customer service. The Graco team is always flexible, available, and punctual to get the work done around my busy schedule. I loved that they provided photos of the damage on my roof when quoting the work that needed to be done. The cost was very fair and competitive (nothing was overpriced). I am so happy with the work they did and recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic job done by the bathtub refinishing And tile reglazing pros in Phoenix. Reglazed a old tub during a bathroom renovation. The technician was able to glaze the tub in a white color and it looks amazing as a brand new one at a fraction of the cost. Nice job! Highly recommend them!

SHEWORKS was very responsive, provided a fair estimate, and did a great job! The drywall expert, Colin, was professional and thorough; he repaired >20 areas where a different contractor had made cuts to install ceiling LED lights and dimmers. Colin arrived on time, was friendly, and didn't leave a mess.

Erick was on time and very professional I plan to use them again.

Utilized Mesic in order to repair a water loss we had in our home. They provided great customer Service, Were responsive and helped to make sure things were done in a timely manner. We were back in our home within weeks instead of the 60-90 days we were originally told by the adjuster. We will use again!

EDIT TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: The owner, Allen, called me today and we spoke about my review. He was extremely apologetic and VERY professional. It really impressed me. He explained that Alex was in the process of being trained.

I am rating this business so the owner can possibly fix a situation that is fixable. Alex from their booking team is not very good. They are a little slow to respond and they are not very good at relaying data to the manager that makes the quote. I sent in information for some doors I need installed along with pictures and links to the actual products. The scheduler obviously did not send the links to the manager because the manager came back saying they couldn't install the door because I used the term Iron door. I understand that I used the wrong terminology but if the manager had been given the links to the items that I had purchased he would have seen that I should have said security door. Also, Alex asked about the other door but again it was obvious he didn't share with the manager because the question would have been answered just by looking at the link.
If you want to use them hope that you don't get Alex as the booking agent.

This is the fourth time we have used Urban Element. Quentin and team are beyond excellent. His quotes are well priced, comprehensive, and leave little room for surprises. His timeline is typically spot on. On our most recent project, we remodeled two of our bathrooms. We were living in the house during the project. His team was courteous, respectful, and extremely clean. Their work was fantastic and I am extremely happy with the final product. I would highly recommend Urban Element to anyone doing a home remodel. The price is fair, the communication is great, and the results speak for themselves. The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

Alan is extremely professional , timely , expedited and detailed. I have used him for several jobs and I would highly recommend him.

We initially hired DRC to complete some plans for an extensive renovation to our Scottsdale home. Dale made representations about their ability to do architectural plans, engineering calculations and also complete the construction. We should have read the signs early, he was an hour late to the initial meeting and then, during the next 9 months it took to get the plans finished, there were lots of mistakes and omissions. It felt like I was marking homework from a pre-schooler. Every time the next set of plans were provided there were omissions, mistakes and forgotten items we had spoken about at previous meetings where I had kept notes.
Dale never turned up with any notes, never took any notes and rarely remembered anything we spoke about. His attention to detail is lacking and his pricing is ridiculous. He wanted $27k for a portable potty rental and $8k for a new hot water heater!
The initial budget was $650k and this was confirmed to be still on track at a meeting in May (8 months in) where we requested an update as to when the plans would be finished and when we could get a bid. We finally got a partial bid in August after putting pressure on him, the bid came back at just under $1.3M (admittedly there were some optional additions included that would have reduced the price by circa $150k if removed) however the bid was still $500k over all of his estimates. We now have a set of plans that we paid $12.5k for that are useless as most of the items we designed were based on the pricing advice of Dale coming in at circa $650k. They will have to be re-done by a real builder. DRC pretends to be a one-stop-shop with all trades on staff, however, they work out of their house and rely upon outside trades to do all the work.

It seems like DRC are a “mom and pop” outfit that are playing outside their lane. They need to keep putting up garden sheds and leave the real building to professionals. Do yourself a favour, KEEP LOOKING!
