Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Elizabeth and her team give outstanding service. They prepped the exterior of my house with some major wood repair work for painting. They also installed new exterior lighting fixtures and weather stripping. They were communicative, punctual, and very detailed. They cleaned up after working. Simply the best.

I am 100% pleased with Graco. My neighbor and I both had our flat roofs replaced. Abraham was really helpful and honest. They also followed up quickly after the sale when we had questions. They worked with my insurance company and everything was covered without compromising the quality of my roof. It was great working with Matador, don’t let the name fool you! They were fair on the price and was always available when I was in the design phase prior to construction. We had to redo flooring and remodel some of the house due to water damage. I was so pleased and had a few extra funds that I had them do a little extra in order to keep the wife happy.

Talavera did a complete remodel for me from floor to ceiling. It was a big project and I was anxious about starting it. Larry walked me through one step at a time. I love his “can do” attitude and attention to detail. His entire crew has the highest of standards. They really do the work as if it were their own home. Larry is the perfect combination of design sense and practicality! I would use Talavera again in a heartbeat!

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

I want to highly recommend DRC and it’s owner Dale Cox. My wife and I hired DRC to help us with whole home audio and video. We were lucky to find him. He was very reliable and he was very committed to delivering high quality work. He is also very pleasant to work with.
