Best Residential New Construction in Phoenix AZ

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Absolutely a joy to work with! The Design team were excellent listeners, answered our questions, and translated our dreams into an on-budget reality. The quality of craftmenship for tile installation, plumbing, drywall and paint was top-notch five star perfection. Our foreman, Will, deserves an extra five stars just for himself. His communication skills, attention to detail, and sense of humor made us Holtzman clients for life!

Tony Chayrez was the foreman on our project. He was awesome to deal with. Always returned messages in a timely manor and always was pleasant to talk to. Also, a shout out to Dmitriy Agarkov. He was our design man and made many suggestions that we followed and turned our project into a beautiful masterpiece. We couldn't be more leased with our home remodel.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. Robert and Ana of West Haven Builders were wonderful to work with. We had a limited budget to repair damage from mold in our rental unit. They were more than happy to give us a line item estimate so that we could see the cost of each part of the total project. Robert had creative solutions that helped us cut costs . When we received the final bill, some of our items came in under the original estimate and we were charged the lower price. Robert and Ana were always on time and always kept us updated on their progress. We highly recommend West Haven Builders LLC for all construction projects. We will definitely use them again.

We hired XLT to renovate 3 bathrooms in our house. They installed walk in shower, change the shower fixtures in master bathroom and install tile floor in all 3 bathrooms.
