Best Renovation Shower in Phoenix AZ

After scouring online for bath remodelers, I selected 3 candidates, and Allure was the winner. The owner, John, came out promptly, told me my current bath was beautiful (but I wanted to replace tub with tiled walk in shower), and gave me a competitive proposal. Working with Allure's crew (Noah and Ramon deserve special mention) was easy and their workmanship met my expectations. John is a man of integrity, knowledgeable about his trade, and easy to work with. If I wanted to remodel another bath, I'd hire Allure again.

I wanted this email to be one of the first things you saw Monday morning. I had my first bath in my Kohler walk-in tub Saturday night and have to tell you it was just short of heavenly. What made the whole thing so wonderful was the incredible installation job which your Lead Installer, Joe Martinez, accomplished. They made it exquisite.
He went miles out of his way to create a beautiful tile backsplash, move the tub out from the wall to place a shelf behind it and retile the floor. Joe and his assistant, Lorentavious Robinson, left my entire house spotless. They put down tarps and canvas walkways, plastic protective walls so my bedroom, which is just beyond the bathroom, was totally dust-free.
Every night they swept, vacuumed and cleaned up everything so I could use the bathroom easily. They did not leave behind a single trace of all the work they did.

Joe and LT were such a pleasure to have in my home. So courteous, careful and pleasant. Actually, much nicer than most of my family! (Just kidding!)

To refer back to the backsplash behind the tub, it was necessary to remove the decorative tile which was in place before the walk-in tub arrived and, fortunately, I had extra tile available. Joe cut and matched and put together this really beautiful tile wall piece (I have attached a picture so you can see what he did).

I can't say enough about Joe's professionalism and care to be sure I was going to be happy with this new tub.

I have had work persons in my home who have not treated my home as though it were their own. Joe and LT did.

This was an arduous job, requiring three days to complete but they never seemed to sit down and rest for a minute!

I can't tell you how grateful I am that these gentlemen were the ones selected to come to my house.

Oh! I so appreciate your graciousness in exchanging the water tank addition I did not need for replacing my floor tiles, which I really did need. That was just great!

Additionally, I appreciate your help in sending someone to fix the small cracks in my tub. He will be here Tuesday.

We contracted Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR) to do three (much needed) bathroom remodels for us. Prior, we had several contractors in the area visit and provide quotes. What we found was none of the other contractors could meet all our expectations, except PHR.

Their craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to details, organization, promptness, and genuine concern for our project helped make the entire experience worth it! When we initially made our purchase with Jacuzzi Bath the manger called to congratulate us on our purchase and promised the the installation process would be exceedingly above our expectations. The job was supposed to take 1 day, but the contractors were not able to finish that day. Not a big deal. On the second day, we were advised that they had the wrong size shower door and would not able to finish the job. I asked the contractor to relay our request to have the shower door expedited as I was paying a substantial amount of money and now the conversion was not completed timely as promised. Four days passed I received no communication from Jacuzzi Bath of AZ or an apology for the mix up. On the fourth day, I had to reach out to the sales rep via email, who had a customer service agent call us. The sales rep did not call us or respond. I expressed my concerns to them at that time. She said she would reach out to management to see if there could be some sort of compensation for the distress, but never heard anything more of it. I was kept informed from that time on to get our shower door installed. From start to finish the installation process took approx 2.5 weeks. I did finally get a call from the general manager with his sincere apology and his willingness to make things right. Thank you Chris for stepping up to resolve our concerns.

This was my first time doing any remodeling job and it went GREAT. I had the kitchen totally redone all the  way to the studs. Every step was explained to me and there were many options. The PRICE DID NOT CHANGE and the service was great.

I would not hesitate to show Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler Phoenix to anyone needing bathroom remodeling. They are one of the best remodelers around Phoenix, AZ.

Great company

We had a new shower installed In October and it is a beauty. We also had a new floor installed. I complained about the job due to gaps along side the closet, toilet, and a wall adjacent to the toilet I also feel that your subcontractor or contractor did not take up all the tile underneath the flooring that he put it over that tile and therefore is uneven. He came back and mixed a colored grouting and asked if I could live with that and I said yes but in all honestly, I am not happy with the floor.

All of the people yhat came to do work at the house were friendly, punctual, and communicative. They reach out to us with questions and worked quickly and quietly. The price was a bit higher than we would have liked but thats a different story.

We have had both our Kitchen and just now our Master Bath remodeled by Sunset, and are very happy with the results. We worked with Audra on both projects, and she did a great job designing spaces that were both beautiful and functional. We especially appreciate that their workmen showed up on time, and were respectful of our home. We may even have to move so that we can find a reason to do another project with them.?

We had our shower and tub removed and AZ bath masters remodeled the area into a beautiful walk in shower. It turned out awesome, Noah and Justin were the installers and they were wonderful, very respectful and courteous. Jim and Scotti were both very nice, our only complaint was that we had to keep calling to ask for dates or times of arrival instead of them communicating frequently with us, but when they said the workers would be there at a certain time they always were. I would recommend them for sure, the final product is awesome, absolutely love the tyvarian!!!!

This is a 5 star business and has great customer service excellent workmanship, the team is the best of the best and doesn't subcontract their work. They even have a 5 year warrenty and stand behind their work. Family owned designed right, works with local vendors and did a great job.

called to get an estimate done, and the lady who answered the phone was absolutely incredible. super friendly, super well spoken and personable. Would definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for customer service

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

They didn't finish and left trash in my yard. Was supposed to return and never did. The person that answered the phone was rude. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They have my money and now they don't care. I am going thru chemo and do not feel good and they r making me chase them. It's tiresome that customer service is so bad. Two hrs later Jeff resolved the issue.

Macio was the main man who did the job. We are very happy with his work, professionalism etc. Would recommend re-bath and kitchen for any remodels etc needed!

We just bought a house. The tiles in the bathroom were horrid. The Pro Bathtub Refinishing's team did a fantastic job! It looks so much better in its new white-sands color, and texture. The finish even covers the grout, which makes it very easy to keep clean. I am so glad we called them.
