Best Home Kitchen Design in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. My husband and I highly recommend this company! We were very impressed with their presentation and what they have to offer. There was a little mix up in the beginning with our order but they owned the mistake and made sure we were taken care of. We had our bathroom remodeling done 2 weeks ago and it exceeded our expectations. Everything form the designing to the finished product was so easy. They kept us updated the entire time on our materials and scheduled our remodel as quickly as possible. Jared and Francis did such a beautiful job and worked incredibly hard on our project. It was large project and they were always on time, so polite, and continued to ask me questions making sure it was everything I wanted. I can not think of one thing I would change!

Everyone we dealt with was very professional and did great work. The designer JR was very patient and attentive to all our needs. Antonio did the demolition, was very professional and did a great job cleaning up the mess. Dylan who did the remodel was great at keeping us informed as things progressed and constantly made sure we were happy with the work he was doing. We had a few issues along the way but every concern was addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. A very special thank you to Tony who handled the permit issues. He went above and beyond to take care of a permit problem. I commend Re-Bath for having such a great work crew. We highly recommend Re-Bath and Kitchens and wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Sunset Tile and Bath is a Top Shelf company. The quality of work is unsurpassed. For my bathroom I had 5 companies come in quote both the shower only and a full bathroom remodel. The prices I received were laughable except from Sunset. They were 7-8K less than Rebath and Kitchens for the full bathroom. This project was a full custom job, cabinets, countertop, luxury shower and floor. I could not believe the value I received. I am the son of a very picky architect who grew up in a house with installations made with extreme quality materials and craftsmanship. These guys only take so many jobs a month, so they don’t rush your job, which means you’re going to wait awhile. But it is WELL worth the wait.

A couple of weeks after signing the bathroom contract Mark came in and looked at my kitchen. When he emailed me the quote I was pleasantly stunned. When I saw the price for all new cabinets and a countertop vs refacing and new countertop, I was at his shop in less than a half hour signing the contract with deposit in hand. He came up with a complete reorganization of my kitchen freeing up or making easily accessible spaces that had been very difficult to use for 22 years.

Mark and his staff are very good at what they do. I strongly recommend that you check these folks out if you’re doing a remodel. I honestly thought they were going to be way to expensive, but they proved to be by far the best of the best for quality, value and affordability.

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

Refreshing to work with professionals. I had an extensive remodel done and Holtzman Home Improvement restored my faith in contractors finishing on budget and ahead of schedule.

Starting from the planning stages all the way through the finished project my expectations were met and exceeded. I never felt pressured to do anything out of the scope of planned work, I was well informed and educated about any issues that arose and again the work was finished on time and budget. Holtzman Home Improvement worked competently and proficiently, throughout the project my home was treated with care and respect.

Happy to recommend Holtzman Home Improvement to others for their projects and will definitely use them again when I need good contractors.

We just finished our third project with TWD, a master bathroom remodel. As with the first two projects, they were extremely professional, always kept us informed on project status, and most importantly finished on time! You would be amazed how often you hear how workers don't show, unexpected costs pop up, and overall quality is poor. NONE of these have ever been a concern when working with TWD, and in fact, we just signed on for our fourth project with them. You will not regret hiring TWD for your next home remodeling project!

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. We had an unfortunate situation earlier this year - a slab leak under our kitchen sink - which forced us into doing a kitchen remodel as we lost half of our kitchen during the process of fixing the leak. We received a referral from someone else to contact Bret from Rise Above. When calling Bret, he said he would call me back as he was at another job, and returned my call within just minutes. He was super friendly and responsive. He came to our home to give an estimate in just a few days after my initial phone call. Bret was pleasant, informative and made us feel comfortable choosing his company to do the work. We had a complete kitchen makeover, including removal of a wall and raising the kitchen ceiling. We also had tile put throughout our whole house, aside from the bedrooms. Rise Above also remodeled both of our bathrooms. This was something we've never endured before - a complete overhaul of most of our home. We were nervous to spend the money and have our house completely torn up. We were completely satisfied with the work done to our home. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I felt they had the same care to detail that my husband and I have. They were friendly, responsive and never once made us feel pressured. I would highly recommend Bret, Skyler, Randy and Louis to do any work for you.
