Best Home Kitchen Design in Phoenix AZ

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Designer remodeling replaced all my kitchen cabinets several years ago. They still look BRAND NEW and my kitchen still has a new, fresh feel. I can't say enough about Neil and his crew. They were professional and kept everything so clean and dust-free throughout the process! I know, it can be a challenge to remodel, especially the kitchen. Working with Designer Remodeling made the process really manageable. Highly recommended.

The two men who installed the Shower were outstanding, (Nathan G and Eddy G. They were on time and answered every question we asked. The finished product was exactly how we were told it would be and the clean-up was great. Would recommend these two gentlemen to any one.

Good god what a phenomenal contractor! Holtzman Home Improvement was an exceptional choice for my wife and our home. Everything was effortless, efficient, and overall pleasant. The owner, Brandon, worked with us to work out our ideas and turn them into reality, and even added a few touches of his own that we absolutely adore. We did a whole new kitchen and it turned out better than we ever could've imagined. Any time I had questions or concerns, every answer i received was clear and concise, from the Superintendent to the customer service. After contacting several contractors, decided to go with Neoteric Builders LLC. Paul was the most responsive and continued to be so during my bathroom renovation. Meticulous work and offered suggestions that I hadn’t of (ceiling, nicer tub). My bathroom looks fantastic. Definitely recommend them!

Anthony talked a good game when we went in to discuss remodeling my mom’s kitchen in May. He kept pushing her off until she finally demanded a date and work started the beginning of September. The communication is non-existent no matter how many times we called. The work has been lack luster and Anthony continues to talk a big game with plenty of excuses. All we want is what we paid for and for the job to be done right. Seems my mom’s job was too small and not important considering she’s an older single woman. Avoid at all costs.

My husband Paul and I moved to Scottsdale from Florida to to be near our daughter’s family in our retirement...with one four year old grand daughter and a new arrival this past November!
We bought a home that had potential but was in original condition. We interviewed four contractors to help us transform it into a dream retirement home that we joked we had a vision of creating as ‘Martha’ and ‘Marty’ Stewart, going around to all the stores and suppliers experiencing the different possibilities.
Our daughter heard of ArDan Construction on her neighborhood website as being ‘the best contractors anywhere’.
Paul and I have to agree. We found them late in our interviewing process and are so grateful that we signed on with them for this project. It was extensive including removing walls to create open space and light, re-plastering walls and ceilings, new floors, kitchen, baths, doors, and creating a beautiful wooden focal wall around the television and fireplace area.
We were blessed to find Danny Niemela and company who gave us the peace of mind that we needed managing our project as we looked on from Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
He was knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous to detail every step of the way. Our project manager Aaron and workers that we met, Rich and TJ, were also top professionals...all truly good people and gentlemen.
Aaron sent photos, videos and emails to us along the way, however our return upon completion was like being on an episode of HGTV! We walked in and thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the workmanship and transformation.

Danny is a meticulous and precise worker. He pays very close attention to detail and will make your home project look amazing. He is fabulous at his craft and has a good eye for layout and design. Thanks to Superior Home Remodeling we have the kitchen of our dreams and couldn't be happier!

The process went smoothly and was totally stress free. Everyone in the team, from the design headed by Simone, through the demolishing and rebuild headed by Dan, were wonderful to work with. They came on time and did what they promised to accomplish that day. Dean, the owner checked on the progress several times and came at the end to make sure all was done to my satisfaction. I am thinking of redoing my kitchen next year, and will definitely use Kitchens by Good Guys again.

Working with Veny was a pleasure. He helped me select the best option for the built-in desk top. He did a beautiful job installing it. He also cut a top for a table base that I had which turned out great! The picture is after Veny's install and during the upper cabinet installation.

We obtained several bids prior to proceeding with Diamond Granite and Remodel. From our first meeting with Danny the sales representative, we felt comfortable with his explanations and he was very straightforward about the process. He explained the lead time would be several weeks, due to busy schedule and the move to their new facility. Rachel in the front office was very helpful in getting my final template/measurements when I had a schedule conflict, she also maintained our install date, though we had to delay the final template appointment. When the installers Ernesto and Jose’ arrived they were polite, professional and courteous, the install went smoothly until our Bartop which had several complex angles involved, wasn’t fitting properly, Ernesto carefully measured and made a few adjustments taking his time until it fit perfectly. The job ran a bit long and another installer Art replaced Jose’ who had an appointment, transition was seamless the guys did a fantastic job. Danny won us over,from the beginning, and we were very pleased in our choice.

They had been recommended by Silver City Restorations and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. The shower looks great and they did exactly how I wanted to be setup and it really does looks amazing. Definitely telling all my friends about them.
