Best Entire Home Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

We had a bath tub/shower converted to a walk in shower, they did an amazing job and we absolutely love it, the guys were very professional and completed the job in 2 days. Thank You

Phoenix Home Remodeling recently remodeled my kitchen and master bath. Jeremy, Ben, and Mark are incredibly professional! We chose designer cabinets which take a bit longer, and the results are incredible and very high quality! Both the kitchen and master bath and many other projects they completed throughout my entire home are perfect and exactly how I dreamed they would turn out! Several friends and family have been to my newly remodeled home and they can’t get over how amazing it looks! The quality of the work is beyond my expectations! Phoenix Home Remodeling is a company I would definitely hire again; a truly top notch company!

Steve, our contractor, was wonderful. He texted every morning to let us know he was on his way, he always asked if we had any questions or issues, he was polite & professional, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Rebath

Needed new shower enclosure in master bath. Audra was great to work with to get estimate and schedule work, Kevin and his team were great, professional, on-time, polite. Yes, it took several months from start to finish but I'm very happy with the results.

Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

I am writing this review to warn others about Holtzman Home Improvement.
Project scope: Remodel of master bathroom, replacement of toilet and medicine cabinet in guest bath, new flooring and baseboards with replacement of closet doors in two bedrooms, and removal of window in laundry room.
Start/Completion Date: The contract was signed in May 2020. They were not able to start the project until early August 2020. According to our contract, the completion date was scheduled for mid-September 2020. The final completion date was January 18, 2021.
Quality of work: The quality of work is excellent. All of the workers did a great job.
Selection of materials: Grace did a wonderful job helping us pick out the materials to complete our job. She was responsive to emails and calls.
Communication: Holtzman Home Improvement uses a customer portal to view your bill, look at and confirm your material selections, make payments, and view the calendar to see when work is supposed to take place at your home. There were numerous days when workers were scheduled to come to the house and no one showed up. There were no phone calls or texts to let me know they were not coming or when they might be rescheduled for.
Salesperson: Our salesperson, Lee, was great. He came to our home and put on a presentation of what our bathroom would look like after the remodel. He was very charismatic and definitely sold us on using this company.
Project manager: Our project manager was Daniel. He was here the very first day that work began for demolition. After that, he only came to the house after I requested that he make a visit. He never showed up to just check on the work and make sure it was coming along well. At the end of the project, there was no final walk-thru scheduled. I tried to call Daniel and several times his phone voicemail was full and couldn’t take anymore messages. There were a few small items that we were told would be taken care of and they were not.
The owner: The owner is difficult at best. There were numerous times that we wanted to fire this company and at one point almost did.
Overall: Holtzman Home Improvement is not a company I would recommend. I would have liked to have had more communication about what was going on and when workers would be coming to the house. The work that was completed was done well, but there were many problems with the cabinets, both with ordering and with production, which is why our job took so long to complete.

They are perfect !!!

Great price, no hidden extras, left the yard better than they found it. Will use for all my upcoming projects, big and small.

Just had my bathroom remodeled by these guys and couldn't be happier! Blew my expectations out of the water. While having very professional and respectful work force they started on time and just made my bathroom as perfect as I wanted it! I have definitely recommended them to friends and family and will continue business with them for years to come

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! The project was completed on time and within our budget. So far, we have gotten so many compliments from family and friends. We highly recommend Ben and his team. Thank you Ben!!

We recently had a new shower installed. Everything was as designed, on time and efficient. Special shout-out to Martino! He did the work and was courteous and very hard working, a one man crew. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.

This was the best experience we've ever had with contractors doing work in our home. When the work was done, we couldn't have been happier.

UPDATE: After install was delayed twice because of the lack of communication between the salesman and install department, they didn't bother to call us on the rescheduled day, we had to contact them. We were rescheduled for the next day. They send someone over with zero direction after being promised 'their best guy'. Now this guy tells us it's really a two man job!! What a joke these people are! ?

Buyer beware MAJOR INSTALLATION ISSUES - The lack of communication - we leave a message and a week later, still no response on the completion of the installation, the OUTRIGHT LIES and endless excuses from the installation department and the fact that they got their money (required for cabinet delivery to be paid in full) so now we are at their mercy is why there is a one star. Everything's great upfront when they are selling you your cabinets but after they get their money the customer service goes right out of the window. It puzzles me to see a 4.8 rating...

There have been so many moments when I knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that we hired the right company for our kitchen renovation.

We knew it when we did the first interview and Paul came to our house, took measurements, listened to our needs, and responded with drawings the next day.

We knew it when he candidly said “You’re not going to be happy with that tile” because he’d really listened to us and understood the look we wanted.

We knew it when they reimagined a coffee bar as a popcorn bar to accommodate my husband’s prized movie theater popcorn popper.

And we know it every day when we walk into our gorgeous new kitchen and our jaws still drop.

I can’t recommend Neoteric Builders LLC highly enough. I can’t wait to bring them back to rework our fireplace and surrounding built-ins.

Hire them. You won’t be disappointed.

They did an excellent job working with me. Communication was always clear and the quality of the work was top-notch.

From builder grade to Beautiful!

When we purchased our winter condo last year here in Tempe we wanted to update both of our bathrooms. We contacted Hochuli design company and got the ball rolling. We met with Scott & Lorrie only a week before we were to return to our summer home in Chicago. We were immediately impressed with their design showroom and them. With in a week they came out to our condo to walk through and understand our wants and ideas. After that we were under contract to have both bathrooms completely updated while we were back home in Illinois.

We had constant communication with our designer Amanda and contractor Martin. We felt a high level of trust allowing them to work in our condo while we were back home in Chicago.
They worked seamlessly with our building management and provided us with daily updates on the progress through the computer program Buildertrend. In fact having the daily updates with photos was like living through the construction without any of the dust! The preparation to prepare our condo for demo and construction was unbelievable! Plastic walls, heavy duty flooring protection etc. Their timeline for the project was accurate and they worked within our budget. We are more than happy with the results and would easily recommend Hochuli design & remodeling team to anyone who wants to take their project from builder grade to beautiful.

We worked with Lux in 2018 and had a horrible experience with our bathroom renovation. We found them to be arrogant and pushy, without the expertise to help our project turn out well. They used a sealant on the marble floor that turned the marble darker, and mixed up the grout color on the floor/wall. It seemed like they were more concerned with getting our project done quickly than anything else. While I appreciated the organized, assembly-line approach from an efficiency perspective, it was not the type of remodeling service we were expecting and we did not like the way the project was turning out. We lost 15K when it was all said and done, and then had to start the whole project over with another contractor! It seems as if some of the team has changed since that time, but my husband and I would definitely not recommend!!

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.
