Converted my bathrooms to be handicap accessible

I contacted Todd Whittaker Drywall, Inc. (TWD) regarding an estimate on the removal of 7 rooms of acoustic (popcorn) ceilings and the repair, retexturing and painting of them in addition to the remodeling of a bathroom. The proposal was reasonable and was returned in a timely manner.
The whole process was organized and well planned. I was informed of what to expect to be done each day. The supervisor of my project kept me apprised of everything, and there was also an App available to me to refer to regarding the schedule. My supervisor, Juan, was so impressive. He guided and advised me courteously, respectfully and patiently throughout the process and was instrumental in solving any unforeseen issue that would arise. He was promptly responsive to any question or concern.
The TWD staff and their subcontractors were considerate and professional, friendly and polite, and provided great customer service. All workers were reliable, skilled, hardworking and friendly. As you can imagine, it was a dusty, messy project. Everything was draped and covered, and the cleanup was remarkable both daily and at the completion of the project. All ceiling fans were either reinstalled or replaced with new ones. Francisco handled that chore with remarkable patience given problems he encountered with wrong size or missing screws (totally the fault of the manufacturers) not to mention vaulted ceilings.
TWD proved to be a very professional and reliable company. They made the whole process painless. I would highly recommend them to others and would definitely use them again myself. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my project.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

We had Optum home solutions remove and replace the windows in our home. Their installer’s Drake and Chase were very professional and did a fantastic job.

Extremely poorly managed company.
Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating.
Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected.
Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together.
Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence.
Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something.
We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role.
The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner.
Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. We used XLT to remodel our guest bathroom and were satisfied with the quality of their work. Leonel was responsive and quickly provided a detailed estimate after his partner Fernando came to look at the job. We got a few other estimates and XLT was less expensive than most with good reviews, so we went with them. We bought the tile, toilet and vanity ourselves for them to install, and he contracted someone for the glass sliding doors. We had some minor scheduling issues and small miscommunications during the project, but overall we're happy with how it came out. We would use them again and recommend this business for bathroom projects.

Randy is always on time. We had a list of items, and he got it done in 2 half days. We will definetely hire him again if I have another project.
