We had this company come out and give our kitchen a facelift (new sink, countertops and backsplash). While we didn't have a huge project we were very impressed with this company. They were easy to communicate with and always on time. The workers who came into our home were polite. We worked with their designer, Jason and he was great. Throughout the whole process we always knew what was coming and what was expected of us. Looking forward to working with them in the future for the our bathrooms.

The ceiling of my carport partially broke and fell after a windy storm. It took a little bit to get onto the schedule due to the pandemic, but every interaction i had was professional. They have an online system that is easy to use.

My wife and I really love our new Master bathroom. The craftsman ship was excellent and it turned out exactly how we wanted. The team worked very clean making sure to not leave trash or debris. I really appreciated the high and constant level of communication. We knew who was going to be at the house, when they would arrive, and what was going to be accomplished that day. Overall the best experience with a contractor!!

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. My shower went from functional and ok to WOW in 2 days! Installer was on time, super friendly and unlike so many contractors, cleaned up between day 1 and day 2 and left our home clean when he left. The service and product are truly superior. I highly recommend Home Concepts!!

We used West Valley Kitchen and Bath for a major remodel project in our home. They took care of all our needs including replacing flooring, removing walls, designing and building a new kitchen and media wall, updating three baths and all new paint.
