Allure Bath came recommended to us from a business associate who recently had a bathroom remolded and it was beautiful! We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. They SURPASSED my highest expectations and we HIGHLY recommend Allure Bath Services.

Their team came in and installed our Kholer walk-in tub. Along with a booster for the hot water tank.

They were all professional, completed the install in one day, cleaned up and explained operating the tub uto us. We are excited with how easy they made it.

George came to my house on a Wednesday to tell me all about the company and their products. He was very knowledgeable about the company, its products, its people and its history. It was a pleasure just chatting with him. However, he also was able to seal the deal with his knowledge and team-player attitude. I called early the next morning and George was back within 30 minutes and we signed the contract and deal was done! George went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything I was getting. He also went WAY OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure everything fit within my budget! George was the best. He sold me on Jacuzzi, but much more he sold me your company! I will definitely refer you and use Jacuzzi again!

The task of taking out a shower and installing a new one seems like an impossible task for one day....but, the Dreamstyle team of Robert K. and John P. accomplished just that! They were extremely skilled and professional! My new shower is absolutely wonderful! They cleaned everything beautifully before they left. This whole experience went exactly the way my initial salesperson, Josh P., explained that it would. Really, my entire experience has been too good to be true! I have friends that had to wait for the work person to complete the job in MONTHS! With Dreamstyle, the entire removal and installation took from 8:00-5:00 in ONE DAY!!!! I couldn't be happier! I was instructed about how everything installed works. Really, everyone that I have dealt with from this company has been super! This was a completely delightful experience! I highly recommend!!!

Kevin, our design guy, was very knowledgeable about the different products, helped us pick out exactly what we wanted, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Jason did an absolutely phenomenal job installing everything. His attention to detail made our old bathrooms look like new. He was here when he said he would be, cleaned up when he was done for the day, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Thanks, guys!!

We're in our late 50s and wanted a walk-in tub. We had just built a new home, so things needed to be taken out and a new design installed. Derek came out and sat down with us and helped us understand what could be done and the cost, etc. He was so great to work with... his team was top notch and FAST! We ended up having him customize heavy glass shower doors to go above the walk-in tub. We love them. We couldn't be happier! You can't go wrong with Derek and Aqua Therapy. My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. I would like to say the first week that Keatin and Hunter came to our home, they conducted themselves very professional. I was amazed on how well they worked together. They started working emmediately upon arrival. The following week Keatin came alone. He worked impressively hard. He is very pleasant and always let us know what work was done on that day and always cleaned before leaving for the day. He always arrived to the following days, on time. I think Re-bath & Kitchens are lucky to have Keatin and Hunter in their employment. We needed our master bathroom shower remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair user. After hearing about all the problems people encountered on bad jobs we were paranoid about choosing a contractor. We decided to go with Independence because they specialized in handicapped remodeling. We met with Mike to go over our project, got a quote, and set a start date. His crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. When a few project hitches came up (which they almost always do) they were resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Independence charged a fair price, honored their quote, started on time, did an excellent job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. What more could a customer ask for? I would recommend them without hesitation.

The Home Concepts team did a wonderful job to make sure each project is done to the customer's liking. Had work done, the gentleman was on time and polite. I could not ask for more.

Our experience with ABA Home Remodeling was great. We had our master bath and second bath both remodeled. The entire process from measuring, to design to installation was handled professionally and completed in a neat and timely fashion. I enjoyed working with Rob, Joe and their crew! We really love the results and would definitely use them again for future renovations.

We had a tub replaced and backer board installed to ceiling to tile the shower ourselves. The quote and billing process with Troy was pleasant and professional over which I’d give 5 stars. The install process with Dale was very professional as well. We did have some floor tile that were damaged during the demo and install of the new tub which was unfortunate as we had removed our old vanity and given plenty of room. It was very disappointing as we’d done a lot of work ourselves to make it easier on them. If an offer was made to decrease price on total invoice, I would have been much happier with the overall process. But the tub looks great and seemed a fair price. For overall job at completion I’d give 3 stars for damage.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
