Best Bathtub Conversion in Phoenix AZ

Allure Bath came recommended to us from a business associate who recently had a bathroom remolded and it was beautiful! We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. What a great experience. We replaced a tub/shower combo with a beautiful, high quality walk in shower. Not only is it safe for my aging parents, but beautiful too. The materials and fixtures are top quality and the people were a pleasure to work with. The installation crew, Jared W. and Francis R., we’re so professional and respectful. Not just of my parents, but of the property as well. On time, communicative, clean, quiet and pleasant. I will definitely be calling them for our next project.

Remodel of the main bathroom, Friendly contractors. Install Manager, not responsive and was very unprofessional in communication with the customer. The large tile was not installed per the recommendation from the manufacture so tile walls are uneven in shower. They did attempt to fix it, but you can't fix the tile being installed incorrectly. Susggestion: READ the preferred installation INSTRUCTIONS from the manufacture on the box..
They do not do any drawings so communication between trades needs help and monitoring... Somethings get over looked and then can not be completed like placement of niches in shower.

I think this project was just out of their scope of what they can do, but they sold it as they could handle it..

I needed help with a damaged cultured marble shower surround. Scotty was awesome. He had the correct material on hand and his price was very fair. Will definitely look to AZ BathMasters for future projects!

Awful. Guy shows up first day to clear a slow draining sink, no tools or ladder. Matter of fact, no work truck. Looks at sink and says yep, it's slow to drain. I'll have to come back tomorrow to snake it. Comes back the next day, no tools or work truck. Wanders around my house for 15 mins and says the stoppage is at the main and my warranty co doesn't cover it then leaves. The most unprofessional professional I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Good luck with this company, you're going to need it.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. We had our old tired fiberglass shower replaced. Our installer Keaton Linford was on time each day. And kept us updated on his progress. He worked diligently each day. He was pleasant, clean and very professional. It was a 2 day job, and it is beautiful!

Jacob did an amazing job on my master bath remodel. Removed the builder grade tub shower and gave me the bathroom I’ve been dreaming of. I also had the guest bathroom cabinet and sink replaced. He was in time, professional, and answered all my questions regarding the install. He even worked on his birthday. I can’t wait to have the tub and shower done in the guest bathroom.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
