What a fantastic bathroom reno experience. From my first call to request a quote to the last handshake after the job was completed, this was a painless process. This was a weeklong project that ran into a complication here and there, but John always had a solution. Michael did a great job working alongside his crew mates while managing the job on site. Roberto's tile work was masterful, bordering on a work of art, truly beautiful craftsmanship. Chotto did a fantastic job with installing the new windows and re-routing the electrical work. Shane's precision painting was impeccable and his attention to detail was impressive. I can not say enough good things about this experience and have already recommended Allure to my boss. John's estimate matched his invoice, which was a little surprising since we had to make some adjustments along the way. You won't go wrong hiring Allure for our next bathroom project.

We contracted Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR) to do three (much needed) bathroom remodels for us. Prior, we had several contractors in the area visit and provide quotes. What we found was none of the other contractors could meet all our expectations, except PHR.

Their craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to details, organization, promptness, and genuine concern for our project helped make the entire experience worth it! We would like to extend our sincerest appreciation to Ben, Steve, Garron, Aaron, and Brandon. You all were a pleasure to work! Our bathrooms are beautiful! -Thank you!

The experience with Re Bath and particularly the workman Randy Doughty, was exceptional in many respects. He was always on time, worked a full day, was extremely neat and clean. Beyond that the work was outstanding and I would recommend and use them and Randy again without hesitation.

We had Re-Bath do a shower remodel, converting a traditional walk in shower with two built-in benches to a handicap accessible shower with no built-in benches. I was very impressed with Blaine, the installer. He was always on time, very professional, and answered every question. He has a wonderful sense of humor and is very personable. Everything was covered, including the floors, before starting. At the end of every day, the place was immaculately cleaned. He listened to the individual who will be using the shower, making sure every shelf, grab bar, and the shower head itself was positioned to make it easily accessible to her. The work was completed in only two days. Before leaving, he showed the individual how everything functioned. She is very pleased with the shower. I was exceptionally pleased with Blaine's work ethic, showing the utmost concern for the individual who will use the shower. He did not just rush through, as sadly many workers do nowadays, but took the time to make everything just right. Thank you, Blaine, for treating us with the highest level of respect and really listening to what we wanted.

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

From the initial site visit through to completion of the job TWD were excellent. Our job was fairly simple, but the quality, upfront planning and overall communication was great throughout. Very happy with the work done and would certainly recommend and re-use TWD in future!

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

Sloppy work. Chaotic amateur subcontractors from all over. One day they never even showed up nor did they call me as to why. Had to have them come back to redo things several times. Several things left unfinished. Who paints a door with the knob on? Really. See pics. Sloppy paint job too. They couldn't be bothered to use a single solid piece of wood on my garage-- they pieced together leftovers. See pics. They initially built the garage door opening too narrow for the door, had to redo. WTF. The brand new back door they installed doesn't latch properly. They didn't properly strap down the  water line in my garage so it was slapping. They had to go up and redo that and in the process of that they broke thru my ceiling and did a crap patch job and didn't come back to paint it. Seriously. See pic. Complete amateur sloppy work. One contractor stole my brand new ladder I got as a housewarming gift. Another contractor used my new step stool as his own getting paint and crap all over it. They washed their paint with my new hose getting paint all over it and my yard. There's more but this review is long enough as it is. They never returned call after I brought these issues up. Can't recommend. UPDATE: a few months later they called me concerned about the bad rating, and I told him exactly what was wrong and they saw the pictures, and they seemed concerned about fixing the issues but then never got back to me, so I removed one more star apparently as they don't even care about their own reputation.

I would like to say the first week that Keatin and Hunter came to our home, they conducted themselves very professional. I was amazed on how well they worked together. They started working emmediately upon arrival. The following week Keatin came alone. He worked impressively hard. He is very pleasant and always let us know what work was done on that day and always cleaned before leaving for the day. He always arrived to the following days, on time. I think Re-bath & Kitchens are lucky to have Keatin and Hunter in their employment. 123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

They made my bathtub look brand new. The person was courteous, professional and stayed in touch with us to let us know what was going on. In just a couple of days i have a new tub at a fraction of the price that i am proud of. I wish all companies could be this way. Thank you Miracle Method.

Leonel was quick to respond and get us scheduled but the work has been disappointing. His crew left a water line dripping into a buckets which overfilled and leaked during the night. The shower faucet they installed fell off 3 months later, the shower door was inadequately caulked, the mirror over the sink doesn't seem secure, and the light switch isn't functioning as it should. Hopefully Leonel will be as quick to address the problems as he was to start the job in the first place.

I was first introduced to New Bath at the Arizona home and garden show which I spoke to Colt sands and he set up an appointment, he came out right when he said he would. He let us know that there were delays in material which is a huge thing. Eddie one of the new bath contractors was awesome to work with and extremely nice alongside his colleague. They did an excellent job and took their time on this project. They went above and beyond what they needed to. They also made sure that my dogs were safe while construction was happening which is a huge plus in my book. The owner, John Sands personally came out to my house multiple times and took care of me on whatever I needed. This is why you should always work with small businesses instead of large corporations. The project came out beautiful! I would recommend New Bath to any of my friends and family. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed in Design Lab. We hired them for 2 bathrooms and a master bedroom closet. Contractors are still working but getting close to finalization yet there is still no closet which should have been here by now. Just heard from Bri that the closet will ship from Chicago July 26 and will be in Phoenix the following week. All of our clothes and shoes are laid out throughout the house making life miserable while one half of the house is blocked off for renovations. BE CAREFUL UP FRONT ON TIMING WITH THIS COMPANY and THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME you along the way for various things they forgot to order. I will show you receipts if they say otherwise. Also, if doing bathrooms, know that they don't price the shower doors, sliding doors or granite counter tops. That will also be an expense you will pay additionally and you will have to order on your own as we did. Truthfully, you can do the design yourself. hind sight is 20/20. Hoping the closet get here soon!

Quentin and his team do some of the best work I have ever experienced. I recently had pavers put in my backyard and received many bids. Some contractors told me it would take 4-5 days. Urban Element completed the project in 2 days and even rerouted our sprinkler system lining the pavers. They gave us 6 extra spouts ensuring the coverage was accurate for our size lawn. This is what it is about!! I need someone that will do what is RIGHT not what is easiest. Thank you Urban Element for a job well done.

I recently move to AZ and bought a new build, I wanted a more custom look and better quality work so I didn’t do the upgrades with the builder because I know how they work and just glue the countertops to the cabinets without plywood and the finishing touches are sloppy. I was shopping around and received quotes from 3 local competitors. I sent an email with pictures and measurements and Keith called me within minutes which was very impressive! After comparing quotes (apples for apples) I knew what tile I wanted, quartz, grout color and shluder. Keith came in thousands less and the fact that he was very responsive and professional I decided to use his company. He started less then 2 weeks after I closed escrow, his crew was always on time, professional and CLEAN ! My walls are white and I didn’t have any scuffs or hand prints anywhere. They worked long hours and finish the project fast which was important to be because I work from home. I went with herringbone tile work and quartz countertop with a mitered 2 1/2 inch edge all came out flawlessly. I highly recommend Serrano surfaces! You won’t be disappointed.

My neighbor with the same kitchen layout paid twice as much for the same great look that I got w/Granite Transformations for less than half the price plus a lifetime warranty! That's a no brainer! The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!
