Best Bathroom Remodel Phoenix in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I really love our new Master bathroom. The craftsman ship was excellent and it turned out exactly how we wanted. The team worked very clean making sure to not leave trash or debris. I really appreciated the high and constant level of communication. We knew who was going to be at the house, when they would arrive, and what was going to be accomplished that day. Overall the best experience with a contractor!!

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. Their drivers seem to think it's just fine to park in handicap spots, never mind that there are only two spots in the entire area, or that there were many empty non handicapped spots, one just across from where they parked their truck. If they hire handicapped workers wonderful, but I saw no tags on the van that took up one of only 2 handicapped parking spaces at my complex for most of the day. Such blatant disrespect for laws and the needs of the disabled say a lot.

Maxum Design is an excellent company to work with. They are acommadating, they took our vision and presented us with a virtual blue print. This helped us to visualize how our final product might look. We got to play around with it until we were satisfied with the outcome. Even though we changed our initial idea, they took their time to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. We never felt rushed or we were inconveniencing them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Their design studio is beautiful with plenty of samples to work with. They provided us with initial options which is helpful to get us started. But the best was their ability to accept feedback and provide us with options that met our design. We never felt pressured into any decisions. Maxum Design staff takes time to give to give their clients truly what they desire.

Norm was so helpful! He made sure I had what I needed even though it took much longer than anyone expected. Water heater replaced and hot water restored! Thank you again, Norm!
