The kitchen remodel was fabulous because of the quality of cabinets from Cornerstone. Tim Thompson was patient and made some great suggestions. The installers, Vincent and Sebastian, were amazing and they did a perfect job installing the cabinets. Consummate professionals. Thank you so much!!!

If you use this company, make sure to ask that Casey Darland for tile work (such perfection) and Jesse for the stucco wall work (there is not one flaw on our walls- from texture to smooth!!!). These 2 made it all worthwhile.

We committed to this project in November 2021. The bathroom (gut out) project started in August 2022 and was completed in December 2022. They worked 2-3 days a week during the last couple of months. The supply shortage and finding good people to work is real. (This company does not hire just anyone and that’s a plus)

We had some bumps along the way but the company worked to resolve them in a professional way and the work is beautiful.

MK Remodeling did an excellent job - all of the workers were very proficient at what they did and we are very happy with the result. They made every effort to minimize the impact on my husband and I, who remained living in the house during the work. The designer did a great job of helping me put my ideas together with what is available on the market to end up with the look I wanted. Finally, MK was very friendly and personable - working with them was pleasant and easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I fixed my washroom mirror from then they can work so much neat and fast.

When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. By the time he entered, even the skeptics we are were completely sold on the idea. We had always lived in off-white, vanilla houses. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style. Our guest bathroom remodel was recently completed by the McCurdy Construction team. We could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From our first encounter with Greg Streeter to our final inspection by Mike McCurdy, Leyda, Greg and Rob we were impressed with their quick response times, positive attitude and their skills at executing exactly what we asked them to do. They transformed a mundane space into a beautiful one! The job was completed on schedule and we are extremely happy with the results. We would recommend this company without reservation and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out and we discussed options. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.

Only work with people wanting 5+ windows changed.
