Best Remodel in Phoenix AZ

We recently moved into a house and wanted to redo the bathroom. We reached out to several contractors. Some told us our project was too small and others offered to do it for an unreasonable sum. We connected with XLT after reading their positive reviews on other sites. They responded promptly, spent time going over what we wanted and quoted a fair price.
They kept on schedule through the whole process and kept us involved in the design decisions. We liked the XLT team so much we hired them to complete a second project a month later.

I highly recommend Alex and his team. Alex is professional, trustworthy and an expert in this trade. Alex redid both showers in my home and I am very satisfied with the end result. He installed tile walls & floors, replaced a vanity along with all the faucets and fixtures, he extended the master bath having to move walls, plumbing and set a new foundation. He even built a nice big closet in the bathroom area. Alex is easy to talk to and is good with sharing ideas if you’re unsure of what you need or want done.

So far , lots of delays. They order from Amazon which has stiffed them twice. Two months since we signed for two bathrooms. Nothing finished yet. I’ll review again when they finish. Btw, once Jeremy signs you up you won’t see him again.

They did expert work, very detailed and cleaned up daily and was so nice and pleasant to work with. I am so impressed with their enthusiasm and professionalism.

I was very satisfied with Handymann Connection. My handyman built extra storage under our stairs. He was very professional, on time and went the extra mile to thoroughly explain what our options were. It took three days to complete the job and each time he cleaned the area and in the end we were very satisfied with our extra storage. I would recommend Handyman connection to my family and friends.

Working with Premier was the best experience I have ever had with a remodel. They built out a new bathroom, wine room and kitchen. The end result was unbelievable. They were on top of communication, permits, updates, quality of work, etc.

This is the fourth time we have used Urban Element. Quentin and team are beyond excellent. His quotes are well priced, comprehensive, and leave little room for surprises. His timeline is typically spot on. On our most recent project, we remodeled two of our bathrooms. We were living in the house during the project. His team was courteous, respectful, and extremely clean. Their work was fantastic and I am extremely happy with the final product. I would highly recommend Urban Element to anyone doing a home remodel. The price is fair, the communication is great, and the results speak for themselves. Ken and his team did an INCREDIBLE job. They were so efficient, respectful and great to work with. Ken is an excellent communicator and the project was seamless. We had our entire home tiled, wall replaires/painted, an additional room added to our kitchen, partial bath remodel and a total kitchen remodel. Our home looks better than we expected and we cannot say enough positive things about Acuity. We hope to work with Ken and his crew again in the near future.

They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need for my kitchen and it looks amazing now. I always get compliments on my new countertop and cabinets. I had a wonderful experience with Dream Bath. They installed a beautiful walk-in tub, in my Mothers home. From the start, they listened intently and were extremely professional and timely in their services. They walked me through any and all of the kinks and details of the remodel, and were detailed and patient with any answers to questions I had. Their estimate was right on and the time frame they gave me was honest and actually faster than I had thought this kind of remodel would take.. I have no complaints or reservations at all. I highly recommend Dream Bath for remodel or handywork needs without a doubt.

DRC State of the Art built a little addition for me last year that included a bathroom. I’ll keep this short and to the point: my family and I have done a lot of work with contractors in our day and working with Dale Cox is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Point blank.

I had Retro Pro do the remodel on my kitchen in October. I always wait a couple of months before posting a review, because I like to make sure I really love it and find anything I don't love. From the beginning Eric and Angela were professional and prompt. I am not a veteran remodeler, and they walked me through the process made suggestions about product and layout. Once the work started I could not have been more pleased. Omar and his crew were the cleanest construction crew I have ever seen. They were prompt with showing up to work, stayed on schedule (even ahead of it) and before they left at the end of each day things were swept and put away. I loved the finished work, but the icing on the cake was when Eric came and took finished pictures, he noticed in the pictures that the drawer handles on two of the cabinets where not centered, he called me told me of the problem (I had not noticed them) and ordered new drawers. Best of all I know I have a warranty and would feel totally comfortable calling them is a problem does arise in the next year. Thank you Retro Pro for all the work.
