Best experience with the Serrano's Surfaces LLC

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

They were punctual at all appointments. Explained all the details very well. Very conscientious to do a precise job!

This is the second project Lon has done for us. First was our master bathroom that we still LOVE today. This year, we decided to renovate the entire house! After emptying the house of all our belongings, Lon and crew took down two walls, opened op or living room, kitchen and dining room. We redesigned the kitchen and the dining room. New flooring throughout the entire house and new doors. The house has been transformed with the help of Lon's vision. We can't stop telling ourselves how much we love our new space. Lon and crew did a fantastic job and we honestly could not be happier.

We just had our new bathroom cabinets installed. Excellent work and beautiful cabinets! Vincent was professional and made sure the job was done correctly. Chris is always a pleasure to work with. We also had our kitchen remodeled with Cornerstone about 7 years ago. I could not be more pleased with it to this day.

We love our remodeled jack and Jill bathroom as well as the powder room they did several years ago. Great design ideas, listened to our ideas and wants and end product was exactly what we hoped for. Will definitely use them again when we do our Master bath.

the beginning she listened and was able to nail the designs every time! Working through a pandemic was challenging, but, she was always available to answer questions, source products and calm nerves! MK just finished a large remodel on our house, including gutting/enlarging the kitchen and laundry room and adding on a room and patio. They did an excellent job - Very high-quality workmanship and proficiency in navigating our very particular City Regulations. They're designer did a great job of reviewing options of available materials and helping me pull all of my ideas together. We are very pleased with the results. In addition, all staff were super-friendly and easy to work with. They were accommodating and considerate to my husband and I, as we continued to live in the house through all the work. I will definitely use them for my next project, and recommend them highly to others.

They did order full job replacing our bathtub. Highly recommend.

We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - and after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodel team. We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped steer us in the right direction, gave us a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to pick out tile, granite, etc.. They also listening to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project. Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early! Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work. We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry). The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate. I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing. We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have already engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).”
