Prompt service, stuck to quote, did a professional job, showed up right on time. The job was tricky due to the fact the door frame was not square, so gaps in the frame. Rob took the time to trim it up (trip to Home Depot) and make it look good once it was adjusted. He kept me informed every step of the way. Nice clean job

My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. Quentin if you are reading this, you still owe me a proposal to build out my home office ;-)

The bathroom and kitchen remodeling services of the Luxury Remodels Company get a five-star rating from us. My wife hired them before moving into our new place, and they did a phenomenal job. Our bathrooms now have enough storage space for our towels and toiletries. The kitchen looks stunning, and my wife can't stop raving about the stunning marble countertop.

Dale, Terone, and his team were great to work with. I did a full kitchen remodel, removed structural beams, new HVAC, cabinets, appliances, flooring, etc, and very pleased with how it turned out! Dale was very patient with some of the delays that were not his fault, and never grew frustrated with the process or some of the issues we ran into during the remodel process. He’s honest, fair, and can handle any of your remodel needs! Highly recommend and can get the job done!

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion. Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room , replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener. They did another phenomenal job.

The product is beautiful and really transformed the look of my kitchen. I really have to commend our install team, Chad and Drew. Chad recalled our dog was afraid of men in hats, so he made sure neither he nor Drew wore them at install. The workmanship is stellar and the guys were hard working, efficient and prompt. I had seen a home Ernesto had done and thought it was terrific. The house conveyed the feeling I desired to achieve with mine. He provided me with several options for layouts for my new home and more importantly, explained why he thought what would work best. He was very helpful in scale, in selecting fabrics and furniture, and paint colors. He was right every time. The trades he used were also excellent-the quality was impressive and they were reasonably priced. I was happy with everything. I would recommend Ernesto without hesitation, and would use him again when I need a designer. He cares about you as a person, and what you are trying to achieve so that you are comfortable in your home. He is fun to work with, and I think he is incredibly qualified. He deserves all of the accolades he is presently getting.

Avoid this company at all costs. Signed the contract with Trevor (even though I didn't like the high pressure technique) February 2020. It's now March 2021 & my house only has 3 of the 5 windows they were suppose to replace done. The 3 windows that were installed last year are subpar at best. One of the windows was clearly too small & they used a bunch of small wedges to make it centered & did a terrible job of sealing the gaps. The owner, Tammy, came out once in the summer & tried to say they wouldn't continue with any other windows being installed because my home had a roof leak!! But she told me not to worry because she knows a great roof guy! BUYER BEWARE when a window company is trying to sell you a new roof. This company is terrible. When they finally called to say they have the other 2 windows in stock they can't schedule the install until the last week of April 2021, literally 14 months after signing the contract. They never call back, customer service is non-existent & literally the new dual pane window they installed leaks more air than the original single pane 1990 window it replaced. Multiple times I've requested to just call it a wash & have them void the rest of the contract since they can't deliver on the windows & they refused. When I said how the new window installed was terrible Tammy said she'd have the window manufacturer get in contact with me, that never happened. Avoid this company at all costs.
