Remodeling with Phoenix Home Remodeling was AMAZING! We completely remodeled the second level of our home: master bathroom, guest bathroom all flooring on the second level including a dual staircase. From the ease of scheduling the initial appointment to the final walk through each step of the way exceeded our expectations!! Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend were a pleasure to work with. Their dedication and attention to detail, scheduling of each part of the remodel and the the quality of work completed was exactly as promised. Home remodel projects can get off track with problems or issues and we were pleased that our whole remodel was right on track or completed earlier than expected. Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

The work was to a very high criterion and has converted my bathroom, and it looks fantastic. The team were amicable, punctual and different. I highly recommend it.

I had to decided to get a lot of work done on my home all at once. After trying to coordinate several different contractors with various failed results a friend suggested I try a general contractor. I met with several and no one seemed really interested until I met with Mike at Crafted Remodeling. Not only did he seem excited about my project, he was constantly in contact with me to make sure I was completely comfortable with the contract before I signed it and gave him the deposit.

During the work process, communication was open. Nothing happened without my approval. All of Mike's subcontractors that I interacted with were incredibly professional and really worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted. There was one or two times where my vision didn't quite match code or what was physically possible but everyone worked with me to come up with ideas that were satisfying to all of us.

The quality of the work itself is outstanding and I'm in love with my new home and yard. Mike and his team really went above and beyond, even touching up little spots that were near work areas but not included in the contract. I won't hesitate to use them again and I wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Just remodel was at the Home Show and I gave him my number for a free in home estimate. He came out in 2 weeks and took measurements and said he would send me an estimate in about 2 weeks. After a month had gone by, I hadn't heard from Don Houghs. (The owner) I left him a few voicemails and heard nothing. 2 months later I received a text message saying he had withdrawn from the bidding process. When I asked why, he said he was too busy to take on my job. After 2 months? Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and speak with me. Just a text. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Very unprofessional....

The experience with Re Bath and particularly the workman Randy Doughty, was exceptional in many respects. He was always on time, worked a full day, was extremely neat and clean. Beyond that the work was outstanding and I would recommend and use them and Randy again without hesitation.

Started job ahead of schedule, products installed great quality. Their estimator David Molina very informative and helpful. The installer Jeff mulbaurer very personable, professional and did an awesome remodel of our bathroom. The window is still on backorder but the company is doing their best to hurry up delivery and installation.

Sunset Tile and Bath is a Top Shelf company. The quality of work is unsurpassed. For my bathroom I had 5 companies come in quote both the shower only and a full bathroom remodel. The prices I received were laughable except from Sunset. They were 7-8K less than Rebath and Kitchens for the full bathroom. This project was a full custom job, cabinets, countertop, luxury shower and floor. I could not believe the value I received. I am the son of a very picky architect who grew up in a house with installations made with extreme quality materials and craftsmanship. These guys only take so many jobs a month, so they don’t rush your job, which means you’re going to wait awhile. But it is WELL worth the wait.

A couple of weeks after signing the bathroom contract Mark came in and looked at my kitchen. When he emailed me the quote I was pleasantly stunned. When I saw the price for all new cabinets and a countertop vs refacing and new countertop, I was at his shop in less than a half hour signing the contract with deposit in hand. He came up with a complete reorganization of my kitchen freeing up or making easily accessible spaces that had been very difficult to use for 22 years.

Mark and his staff are very good at what they do. I strongly recommend that you check these folks out if you’re doing a remodel. I honestly thought they were going to be way to expensive, but they proved to be by far the best of the best for quality, value and affordability.

We're in our late 50s and wanted a walk-in tub. We had just built a new home, so things needed to be taken out and a new design installed. Derek came out and sat down with us and helped us understand what could be done and the cost, etc. He was so great to work with... his team was top notch and FAST! We ended up having him customize heavy glass shower doors to go above the walk-in tub. We love them. We couldn't be happier! You can't go wrong with Derek and Aqua Therapy. If it can be done, he'll find a way to get it done. And I really like the Ella brand tubs he sells. Have a great new bath or remodel. -Rob & Amy in Mesa, AZ.

I needed help with a damaged cultured marble shower surround. Scotty was awesome. He had the correct material on hand and his price was very fair. Will definitely look to AZ BathMasters for future projects!

I was impressed that there are no subcontractors. All work is taken care of by the company. This makes it easy to complete the job.
It is a one stop shop. Their designers help to pick out materials. Very professional.

The ceiling of my carport partially broke and fell after a windy storm. It took a little bit to get onto the schedule due to the pandemic, but every interaction i had was professional. They have an online system that is easy to use.

Ross recently remodeled our shower. They did an excellent job. Project was done quickly and right on schedule. Ross was also very easy to communicate with before/during the remodel. Happy with the end project! Would highly recommend!

Just had my bathroom remodeled by these guys and couldn't be happier! Blew my expectations out of the water. While having very professional and respectful work force they started on time and just made my bathroom as perfect as I wanted it! I have definitely recommended them to friends and family and will continue business with them for years to come
