Delgado Window Tint

Decided to swing by here and see what was what. What a great idea. This place was great! Very friendly owner, quality work, great pricing and good warranty. Without a doubt i will be back and i would recommend this to a friend and family to be honest.

Called them on Monday morning and I was able to bring it three cars that day. They put the tint on perfect and in a timely manner! I recommend them to anyone. Great job guys!

My experience with Delgado Window Tint was far from great. They are very unprofessional and lack customer service. On top of that, the job they did on my window tint was not worth what we paid for it. I just purchased my car a few months ago and my dad took it to get the windows tinted as a birthday gift last month. He took my car to have the windows tinted on a Thursday morning and I had my car back by that afternoon. I didn’t notice until that evening that there were tiny air bubbles near the seal of the back windows, which prompted me to inspect the windows further. There were also crease lines where the tint was not completely smoothed out. We decided to give it a few days thinking it needed time to settle. We called the company Monday to let them know about the issues with the tint. We spoke with the owners son and told him what was wrong. I requested that they remove the tint and provide us a refund of the $200 that was paid. He told us that they do not do refunds and that there was nothing they could do because the $100 warranty which covers you for only a year was not purchased. A receipt of the sale was not provided either. We continue to request that something be done to fix the issue but he begins to argue with us, shifts the blame to my dad and basically says there is nothing he can do. He eventually agrees to have us bring the car in to see what they can do to fix it. I call back the next day to schedule a time to bring my car back to be fixed and this time I spoke with the owner. The only days he offered were on a Monday or Tuesday but I was not able to bring the car in because I work during the week. I asked if I could bring the car in that Saturday and he said he was busy. I asked if I could bring the car in the following Saturday and he said he was busy that Saturday as well. He was not willing to work with me to get this situation taken care of at all. I also found their Instagram page and they posted videos of my car without my permission. Since then the tint in the corner of one of my windows has begun to peel. Save yourself the time, money and headache of dealing with this company. I called a dealership after the fact to get a quote and they would have done the tint for less than what we paid at Delgado Window Tint. They also would have provided a lifetime warranty. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you can not take care of your customers, then you should not be in business.

I had a one year warranty on my window tint and when i took it back to have the passenger front window warrantied, because there were pin holes in the tint, he was accusing me of doing that my self.. we’re very careful with our car, he just didnt want to honor the warranty. Bad customer service im never bringing another car to this guy.

Okay. To busy he need some help answering questions making appointments. He starts a window goes and talks to customers and window kinda dryes out before comes back i had a couple of bubbles he tried to fix them and then blamed me for lowering the window which I did not

If I can go with zero star I'll do. I saw their special board outside that says tint cost $85 and I came later with my car to take the special and the guy who was there told me that tinting your car will cost more than that and I asked him why and he said because you have a big car 2007 Honda Accord sedan then I told him what kind or size of cars can get that special? And he said small cars such as Corolla or Civic and I told him the size of Windows of my car is almost close to these cars ! And he said No. That happened before one year and I went there with my friend's 2001 Honda Civic coupe today to get that special and the guy that was there laid me and he said tinting this car costs more than $85 and we can't give you the special because we don't have the materials of this special (laying) then I told him I just stopped here because I saw your outside board says you have this deal and you should take it off from the front of your please of you don't have this special. I know they still have cheap price, but because what happened to me before one year and today and how they treat their costumes and laying, I'll not recommend this place !

Left windshield dirty after tinting. Didn't put windshield cluster cover back on properly and it fell apart while driving. Gaps between window gasket and edge of tint. Glad this was only a work vehicle. I would not go back or recommend.

Refused to honor their warranty even though I had my receipt. Tint started chipping after a few months. Would not recommend, very unprofessional.

Service has changed says open til 6pm brought car twice refused to serve me said too busy very unprofessional......I will not recommend to anyone....one issue requested for them to redo their work and was quoted a price to pay but would not honor it......arrived at 2pm but closes at 6pm
