Rulis Window Tinting

Even though I called ahead of time, to get some information, I did not set an appointment. I walked in and was immediately tended to. The two people working, were both very attentive, very friendly. The women helping me was kind enough to walk me through the process, (I am not too savvy when it comes to my car, admittingly so). The gentleman there, assisted as well, while showing me the differences in clarity and what was legal and what not (according to the state). They assisted me in that and quickly began working on my car. The waiting area is semi-outside but spacious. It was windy but they were kind enough to provide me with a quick space for shielding. That, was incredibly kind and most appreciated. Hands down amazing service. Hands down amazing work on my car. Seamless! I would recommend this place over and over.

On Aug 26th 2022. The lady and tall guy Absolutely made these SCRATCHES on my WINDOW while cutting the 5% sun visor tint. I paid $70 and they didnt mention how they made the scratches because i didnt look until i drove off the lot.

I have brought every car I have ever owned here & absolutely love it. The quality is great & the price is unbeatable. The first time I came here was 6 years ago & the tint on that car is still intact. Definitely recommend, I live all the way out by the 303 & it is worth the drive.

This is the second time I come here. I brought my first Hyundai like 5 years ago and their work was amazing. I just bought a new Hyundai and I'm back again. I 100% recommend this place. They have decent pricing and they are extremely nice.

Rulis did a great job on a 2020 Camry. The wait was not long . No appointments needed and the price was great ! Definitely recommend

I was fool by Google review, by far this is the worst place for windows tint. First, They don’t even clean window before apply film, dust clearly see all over the window after job get done. I showed they were not bubble but they were acting ignorant and keep say it just bubble and it will disappear within a week. Second, after a week I brought back and showed them again they said oh they can not re-do because of no sun light bla bla bla. They don’t have responsible after they got money. This is not a good business to deal with when they said waiting for sun light. Never recommend this place.

I’ve been goin to Rulis for the last 6 years. If it’s not me then I refer my friend to him all the time. Prices are ridiculously cheap, but the QUALITY and attention to detail is phenomenal. You cannot think of window tinting without Rulis Window Tint!

These guys do pretty good work. I've brought all my vehicles here. I brought my ford explorer here in 2017 and my f250 in 2018 and my tint still looks awesome on both of my cars.ive also brought numerous friends and family members and they're happy with their tint too. And now I just took the wife's brand new accord and it looks awesome. And they're not as expensive as a lot of other shops I've been to before. way more inexpensive and they give warranty on all the work they do.

I drive 1 & 1/2 hours to bring my vehicles here for tinting. Today I brought my 6th vehicle and as always received great service and was greeted by friendly staff. Job very well done. It's our 4th time using them. Well worth the drive.

Called in and they were able to schedule me for the following day. When I dropped my car off I was told not to leave that they could finish it within 30 minutes as there were two guys working. No lie, 28 minutes later I get a call that my car is finished. Great price and a month later and no problems. He gave me a two year warranty in case of any issues but he comes highly recommended so I think I will be okay. Instead of doing the small quarter windows, he has templates which come preloaded cut and look way better than the hack job some other tint shops in Phoenix do for small windows. His English was not the best so I spoke to him in Spanish, might be something to consider if you have special requests or need questions answered. Overall happy I came to him and I’ll be bringing my other cars to him in the future.

I've brought them 4 cars since I've moved to AZ, and every time the quality is great and they don't take long. Lived here for 5yrs and the tint on all my cars haven't bubbled. Other places won't give you the quality of installation that Rulis does. Highly recommend.

They drink beer on the job! They didnt even try to hide it. I also had asked them to retint my car. The guy said would cost $50 extra to remove the old film. I said no problem go ahead, i want it done right. Then he said my window tint is good quality, they can just put their (cheap) film on top and that removing my tint would take too long and he didnt want one of his guys doing that. He said he has been doing tint for 15 years and everything would be fine. Guess what? The film is now peeling from the bottom. If i want my tint done the correct way i have to go elsewhere. Im taking my cars to Gutierrez window tint.

I must say that the tint job done on my SUV by these kind folks is incredible. It is extremely well aligned and cut to fit. Overall the process took about 4 hours. I've had all of my vehicles tinted in other states I've lived and they weren't nearly as quick. I will say that there are some minor flaws in some parts where it looks like dirt may have gotten stuck to the adhesive before the tint was placed. I may have to get it redone at some point in the future but it is only 1 window. I won't knock these folks in stars just because it was a little windy that day. Overall if you're looking for ultra high quality, super affordable, speedy tint service, this is the place to get it done.

The service was professional and the price was great! I got there early and was seen first it took less then a hour . The customer seating area was in the same view as your vehicle. They took there time to measure my windows correctly and I am very satisfied.

Not sure how this place got over 4 stars because my experience was horrific. Took my SUV there and had to take it back the next day because there were scratches all over with bubbles and lint/dirt trapped in bubbles. The owner took no responsibility and said even if he redoes the tint it will always have scratches on it because of the tools he uses and bubbles will have lint. Got my refund and went to another place.
If you want a GOOD quality tint job go to
Blackout-AZ in chandler. Got mine the first day with no scratches or bubbles!! Blackout has quality work!!

Ive had both my cars tinted here and have not had any issues. First car was tinted in 2016, limo tint on back and 20 on front. Paid for lifetime have no issues. Just got a new car, went straight to Rulis. Same and added strip to windshield. Best tinting and price in the valley hands down!

I tried other window tint locations but their prices were way too High for the same service. Raul provided quality tint for a very affordable price! I was extremely satisfied with his work! Highly recommended if you want good pricing and superior results!

This is the best window tint place in town! I tint my windows every time I get a vehicle. I have used 2 other places in the past, and I finally found this one, by accident. I was thinking about changing my tint, and saw Mr. Ruli's vehicle while filling up at the gas station. He inspected my car right then and there, explained the available window film tint and quality options (2 yr warranty vs. lifetime), and quoted me a great price. I've previously checked the prices at other places, and his quote was the best. So I took my car over. They did a great job and finished fast. I chose the 20%, charcoal, lifetime film. It looks really sharp. I recommend the lifetime film instead of the 2 yr, especially for Phoenix.

The quality of the work is amazing, sometimes there is a little bit of wait however it is worth it. They truly do an amazing job, and the service is awesome! I would 100% would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great quality & at an affordable price!

Man i really hate writing bad reviews but i have to this time. I went in for a tint on my car, next day i notice that the trim on my windows (the rubber seals) were cut all around with the sharp knife they use. It really bothers me since its a car i take to car shows and its almost in perfect conditions. I talked to the owner and he apologized but at the end of the day nothing could be done or fixed. All i wanna say is that people have to be careful with the car they take to them, if its a really low car like mine, then the installer might have a hard time cutting or trimming since its difficult for him to make the cuts (the installer was a bigger guy so that might of had something to do with it). Just be careful and make sure they are told to be careful with the sharp blades they use, they can damage ur car permanently!..

They did such an amazing job on my car and I love the customer service they provided they got me rolling in style and not suffering in the heat shout out to Rulis auto tinting highly recommended

Inexpensive. But shoddy workmanship . Car door upholstery was saturated, now stained. Weatherstrips were mutilated and had to be replaced. Window tint on multiple windows were not cut correctly. I guess you get what you pay for.

I don’t know what the rest of the good reviews are talking about, but this ain’t it sis.

Is ok, it took 40 minutes. Which is just too fast for tinting. Ended up with bubbles on all the windows that have been there after 2 weeks, but the good part is it will be replaced for free. 3 stars for customer service, -2 for initial work. If you have 20-30 more dollars, go to Gutierrez. Will be better I'm guessing.
