Shattered a bedroom window and these guys came out and had it replaced same day! I plan on calling them to replace all my single pane windows with low e glass in the future. 5 stars!

Best Glass has done a beautiful job of taking out the old glass, and putting in our new glass shower doors! All the men that came to do the work were excellent and neat! It looks beautiful! I can not wait to use the shower again. I am just waiting for another company to come and seal our tile. Then we will be able to enjoy using our shower again!

I called one auto glass replacement shop in South Phoenix and they didn’t even show up for our scheduled appointment. So, I called here and set up a same-day appointment instead. Well, these guys actually like to work, because they showed up right on time and were cheery too. They also did excellent work. I give you five ⭐️s!

I was first helped by John. He was very informative. Very patient with my decision making and absolutely the best at being communicative.
Wary of the OEE glass, he reassured me that it was good quality and that their manufacturer makes glass for Toyotas.
And the price was SIGNIFICANTLY different from the OEM glass that was preferred.
My truck is an older truck so I figured it wouldnt hurt to try the OEE.

First off, the installation was hilariously amazing.
Miguel and Salvador were so proper and professional. They showed at my workplace within the time frame that I requested. They were polite and explained to me what they were going to do and the precautions to take after they install the glass.

The moment they were beginning to install my works sprinklers went off. We all laughed and they patiently waited it out.

After all is said and done, its been a week after the installation and my glass is gorgeous. Super clear, naturally, but also with some OEE glass, the quality is so poor that you can see waves in certain angles. THIS IS NOT THE CASE with this company. They ensured great customer service, installation AND quality product and a more than reasonable cost.

I am not impressed with much, especially in todays society with mannerisms and lack of personability with most businesses. Top Line Auto Glass has done more than an outstanding job.

GREAT SERVICE... Gibson and Victor were very accommodating and did everything to make it right... Firstly, the original OEM windshield had changed, whereby they eliminated the dark windshield tint at the top. Victor noticed this and before beginning the job advised me of this and said let me my supervisor and see what he says. He explained that he could get the glass but only from a third party vendor, (at no additional cost) and I advised that with our sun any shading helps and thats what I wanted. I then had to change service locations as the original one would not work for me the following day.... NO PROBLEM he said, just say where and when and we will be there and they were.... You won't find a harder bunch of working guys...Oh by the way they are authorized with a lot of insurance companies which makes the initial process so much quicker and easier...

The worst experience I've ever had with windshield replacement. I don't recommend this place.

Came here for a window repair, and in advance we had spoken about pricing and the owner of the shop is who I spoke to. The owner of the shop was very clear on pricing and what specific problems were wrong with my windows not functioning properly, and had agreed to go back the next morning. The owner told me the work would be done in about 2 hours, and upon arrival my car was the only one there next that needed to get worked on. An estimation of at most 2 hours, then became almost 4 and a half hours until I started asking what was taking so long. Keep in mind, my car was still the only one in their shop being worked on. The owner of the shop is both the person I spoke to and the one who worked on my car. I asked him if he could explain to me what specific work was done onto my car and his attitude immediately changed towards me. He simplified the problem of my windows, *DID NOT replace parts that needed to be replaced* like he promised me in advance he would, and told me that my job was to pay him for getting my windows to function, not to replace the parts that were broken when in advance he reassured me that replacement was going to be included with his work and that REPLACEMENT was needed in order for my windows to function properly. He called me crazy for recalling our first conversation and that he never went in detail what work needed to be done to my windows. The owner was filled with a very rude attitude when I confronted him on why he overcharged me and why he gave me false information when I initially arrived asking for help. The attitude of the owner was condescending and unnecessarily rude, complete change of attitude from when I first came asking for estimates and what was wrong with my windows.
