This place sucks! My window broke, I did not know what to do and I did not have time to search reviews online, was more concerned about finding someone who was open. So I called them on a Sunday night. They sent me some weird email agreement about payment, and I signed and sent it back. I was told this was part of my estimate. Well, after they sent out someone to remove my broken glass, for $353!!!!!!! RIP OFF. I could of done that for free. And, the estimated order was never placed. I called every day, and they said, oh yeah, it should be in your email. It never was. 5 days later I called them and told them to cancel the order, since they never placed it in the first place. I found another company to replace my glass. They felt bad that I got ripped off and forgotten about so they gave me a discount. Glass King is the name of that company. Stay away from Arizona Glass & Door Connection!

My husband called and set up an installation for mirrors prior to Christmas we just had our home remodeled the gentleman came out to the house and spoke to my husband a week and a half before Christmas stating that no problem we can get these ordered and taken care of in 4 to 5 days there was a $900 charge assets to my husband's credit card that at this point which is December 28th and still no mirrors the receptionist tried to give my husband a song and dance until I got on the phone and told them that we need to cancel this order because that's not what we were promised explaining that they can't get in touch with the vendors yada yada yada this is an unacceptable situation and being a professional dealing with vendors consistently for the last 25 years there is obviously a disconnect here when speaking with the receptionist this morning she again tried to give my husband a song and dance until I got on the phone and set the record straight we need to have a refund immediately if not sooner and cancel this order and go with a company that can be more reliable dependable and my husband does not have to consistently call call call to get responses I would not recommend this company if you're looking to get something done within a 30-day time. If you've got six months to spare then I'm sure this would be the company for you

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Good friendly service. Owner has over 40 years experience. I was little nervous with him undoing door clips but he was able to secure everything back. Glass was a little scratched due to the blades that were used but not the biggest issue.

Window tint is peeling off the edge of my window after not even a day. No i did not touch or roll my windows down at all.
