Best Residential Windows in Phoenix AZ

In this day and age it seems like great service has all but gone away, but not with this company. From beginning to end they were a pleasure to work with. They came out to my house and did a free consultation and helped me decide on the best replacement windows (7 of them) for my house, knowing that I was working with a budget. They guy who did the estimate was awesome and he even put up with my dog that wouldn't stop barking at him. I thought all windows were pretty much the same but he took the time to educate me on the different types of windows which I really appreciated and stayed within my budget, but I still got quality windows that are huge upgrade from what I had. From the initial in-home consultation, to the windows being installed they followed through on everything they said they were going to and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows in Phoenix.

Trueview definitely the place to go Man I used them before awhile back I had Bob each time definitely does professionally job every time I would recommend him and this company for anything!

THE BIGGEST RIP OFF I'VE EVER HEARD OF THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME ALMOST 1400 FOR TWO PIECE OF GLASS ON A SLIDING DOOR WHEN IVE GOTTEN QUOTES BETWEEN 680-750 ABSOLUTELY ABSURD FOR TWO PIECES OF GLASS ON A SLIDING DOOR WHEN YOU CAN GET THE ENTIRE THING AT HOME DEPOT FOR 700 DOOR INCLUDING WINDOWS

Great customer service!

Freelite handled our replacement windows for our home. We have very large, hard to come by windows and they were able to find a company to make them. Early on, there was a bit of communication difficulties with their independent salesperson, but easily resolved and never rude or dismissive. Prices competitive. Their install crew was super friendly, on time, neat, and answered as many questions as I could throw at them. They came to the house a few times before install to make sure the measurements were correct due to the size of the windows. Our install was only recently, but so far so good. Would use them again if we need more windows.

We experienced great service from Universal Auto Glass. Logan helped us out and she was fantastic. Although we haven't seen the completed work yet, we have nothing but the highest expectations for Universal Auto Glass. We will post an updated review after the work is completed. Tarry was very informative and patient with me as I tend to be indecisive. However he was always willing and available to answer my texts and endless questions. The day of the install was so fast and easy. I LOVE my new folding doors!!!

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

We have a rental property in Tempe that has a sliding glass door that was over 35 years old. Needless to say, it no longer slid like it used to. When Mr. Garcia gave me a quote that was 1/4 of the price of a different quote I got, I was suspicious. But he said after he was done it would slide like new. So I let him have the job. He is extremely professional and he did everything he said he would. I would definitely use him again....not just because of the price, but because he knows his stuff and performs.

I deal with Angela from Clayton glass and she's absolutely amazing!

The customer service at this place is appalling. I had one broken Anderson window that I needed replaced. The guy who was supposed to come out to measure (Britt) never showed. When I called, he acted as if he didn't know who I was or that we had even had a conversation. He basically played dumb instead of owning up to the fact he made a mistake. We shared some words and he told me to get my window someplace else. The landscapers (they were paying for the window) called Lasting Impressions and Britt basically hung up on her. She (the person from the landscape company) filed a complaint with the BBB. Needless to say we got our window from R&K Building Supplies in Gilbert. The service was 1000% better.

Hired for small handyman jobs and help with moving. Awesome assistance. Would hire again.
