Very happy with my widows that were installed through my entire house. Keith and Corey did an amazing job. Rob and Vince were very helpful with quotes and scheduling.

Great service, I texted a picture of sliding door glass and measurements,was give price options on phone depending on type of glass I may have,they gave me a time when they would stop by.installers came in and looked at window.Said they had it in stock,they left to get glass and came back in 30min with glass all done from start to finish in about an hour. Great company with a fair and honest owner. Called for a quote to repair a leaky window and replace another cracked one. The bid was more than fair and the quality of work was outstanding. Communication was thorough and service was very prompt. Would use this company again and recommend to anyone.

We are a new company in the Phoenix area. Talked to Bryan and he was very knowledgeable. Responded extremely quickly on a wind shield replacement. Worked out a day and time. Clayton arrived on time, quick chat with him and he did his job. Prior to install, he made sure he covered all his bases prior to removal and install. Knowledgeable, done in a timely manner, professional and understood our timeline to get the truck back in the field so there would be no time lost for our field crews. We had an incredible experience from start to finish with Illumination Window and Door. We first met our salesperson in their impressive showroom.

He then came out to our home, took measurements and offered some great ideas. When someone from the installation team came to our home to take the final measurements prior to the order being placed, we knew we were in good hands.

Our installers, Ryan and Daniel arrived promptly and were very professional. They put dust barriers up to protect the house, worked nonstop for the entire day, and took great care to clean up when the install was complete. We were totally impressed with their expertise, their work ethic and their attention to detail.

We absolutely love our new fiberglass pivot door and have been completely satisfied with Illumination, the team and the process. They were knowledgeable, professional, kept us fully informed, and met all of their time commitments. We definitely recommend them!!

I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.

Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. Still can't believe how smooth and professional this process was. My wife and I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

Just an all around outstanding experience using Imperial Windows to replace 14 windows with energy efficient windows and a large patio sliding door! From the sales experience to installation - 5 star rating - the windows are beautiful, have done everything we expected and the installation crew were fast, did a great job and left no mess behind. Highly recommend for pricing in addition to quality of product and install. Interviewed 7 companies and their pricing was the best.

I had someone call ME to ask me how my service was and I told them everything looks great but I tried opening the screen door to my new window and I have to shake it up and down to open. She goes on to respond with, I can have someone call you back in 5 days to schedule a follow up appt. What!? You call me and ask if everything is fine and I say no and then you go on to tell me someone will call me in 5 days to schedule a follow up?! Put me on the books right now.

Update: Management reached out (Veronica) and said they won't contact me for 5 more days to put me on their calendar because that's just how they do it. When I said that was ridiculous and no other business does that she goes on to tell me she doesn't look into what her competitors do..Maybe you should Veronica and you'll get better reviews.
