Best Repair Estimate in Phoenix AZ

I searched the internet, looked at reviews on the BBB website and spoke with realtors to find a flooring contractor. After meeting with three companies we hired Atomic Construction to install Engineered Hardwood in our house.
The owner of this company, Adam, brought out samples for us to review and went over how the flooring could be laid out......including the transition area between our existing tile flooring and the new engineered flooring. This type of detail separates a good flooring company from one which is mediocre as a good transition provides a visually appealing separation between two different floor types.
I was also glad when Adam informed me Atomic could save our existing pine baseboards and have his crew reinstall them after the new flooring was laid down. Other contractors simply wanted to rip out the existing baseboards and then reinstall new ones.
The best part of my experience was the day of the install when the flooring crew arrived. They were very professional and took extreme care in moving all the furniture for us before starting the job. Plus the foreman for Atomic Construction, Lalo, went over the entire install process to ensure the layout of the floor and transition areas between existing would be to our specs.
After several hours the floor was installed and we couldn't be happier. All the cuts in the flooring around doorways and cabinets were precise. Also, Lalo and his crew went the extra mile to replace a board that was much darker than the rest of the Koa wood flooring they had just installed. It's this kind of service that sets Atomic apart from their competition.
So, be smart and give Adam at Atomic Construction a call when you are looking for a flooring contractor. We needed help with our shower as our previous contractor hadn't listened to what we wanted, and never finished.  Alan came out for the estimate, advised exactly what was needed and provided an estimate that evening.  Once we advised that we wanted to proceed, he was able to get us on his schedule within a reasonable time.  From demo thru to the finished shower, Alan's timing was exactly as he said it would be.  He checked in with my husband to be sure that he was doing exactly what we wanted.  When he was finished we had the shower of our dreams.  He is personable and takes pride in his work.  We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing flooring!

Rachel was terrific to work with. She understood what I needed and provided the best plan for cabinets. In addition, she looked for sales in Waypoint cabinets and passed on the savings to us. Then when she had the old cabinets removed, she donated them to a charity and gave us the receipt for our taxes. Few contractors do these services. She and Heath also stand by their product and do small tweaking (no large issues).

Top notch service! We were impressed with the great job that they did. We were able to keep our original baseboards (Which they painted to look new). Mark and Daniel are very professional and I definitely will use them for our next flooring upgrade.

I would give 6 stars if the system would allow me to do so. Ali and his team are fantastic, timely, professional, honest and the work of very high quality. We are definitely considering them for future projects. Absolutely fantastic.

The entire team at European Design Flooring is wonderful. From the first time my wife and I walked into the showroom we knew that this was the company we wanted to work with. They had hundreds of samples to choose from and the lady who helped us out was focused on our needs.

Once we ordered the wood floor they were delivered to us within a week. The owner, Marin, delivered them himself and explained to us the installation process and helped prepare us for the next step.

The first day of installation the team arrived at 7:30a and began moving the heavy pieces of furniture, removing the existing carpet, and began prepping the concrete. Around 10:30a they were all ready to begin install. Before 6p, the same day, the 6 man crew was finished installing just over 1,200 square feet of engineered hardwood floor. The next morning, at 8a, the crew arrived again to finish installing the baseboards, moving the furniture back inside, and even cleaned the floors one last time.

All I can say is that they were clean, professional, and fast!

Tony and his team did our first floor tile and we are so impressed! Working with him was great, he was easy to communicate with, quick response to any questions we had. They installed laminate flooring throughout the house. Did an excellent job, showed up when they promised they would, and cleaned up after the work. Everybody was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Great company.

I am glad I chose Eagle Flooring to install vinyl plank wood flooring. I had 5+ rooms done and they were wonderful to work with from the estimate to the job done. Chris was great and was concerned about staying within my budget. His team (George and Angel), the guys that did my project were awesome, kind and pleasant to get to know. They were efficient and hardworking and on time, and even arrived early when asked. They did a wonderful job and I will call on them again for future projects.

Eric and his crew are truly top notch! They get the job done right the first time, like other companies should. Eric will walk you through all of your choices and he makes the transaction feel more like a family friend coming over to help you out. He's done 3 of our family's homes so far and we will continue to use him. He's got a customer for life.

Second the bad reviews, should have listened, decided to give them a chance, unreliable, no control over their own workers, seem to work several jobs at the same time, office talks nice but finds excuses, find someone else.
