I've used this company twice now. Once at our first home and again at our new home for a full window replacement and sliding door replacement. The install was delayed due to supply shortage (as is everything) but they communicated with me every step of the way. As soon as the windows were in stock, they called and set up the install. The full service install was supposed to take 3 days but they dedicated extra people to the install and got it done in two days. Would not hesitate to recommend this company

Matthew did a great job, he showed up early and finished quick. He also verbally and texted instructions after he was done which I found really helpful!

They are all very kind, and I can't get enough of their customer service. I visited a lot of other shops, but I didn't feel right driving my car to them because of their terrible customer service. Normally I don’t write reviews. But this business went above and beyond, so I figured it was only right to support a small Phoenix area business and give credit where credit is due. As far as auto glass repair is concerned, they have to be one of the best in the entire metro area. They were fast, cordial, and gave me a great price.

My car was broken into and my window was smashed. I was looking for a place that was convenient, inexpensive, and had good customer reviews. I came across SafePro on accident and recieved all three of the things on my list, whereas other places maybe checked one or two. I had an appointment scheduled for the next day and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient the process was. Thanks!

good price, good work but how is it that no bathroom is available. I'm sure they don't expect us to be there longer than their average time but I was there almost an hour, which quite honestly isn't bad until nature calls and they say they have no bathroom.? Will definitely pay the $20 extra next time for mobile service elsewhere.

Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project. I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc. At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why. Brian would not return our calls. If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don’t walk, run away!

We were out of town at a hotel when our back window was shattered. The person on the phone was polite, clear with everything I would expect from them, and even went the extra mile to fit us in on the same day I called. I was expecting the worst case scenario where the technician would get to us around the end of the work day....he called hours earlier! And he got the job done quickly. I'm so impressed with this company. I'd give them SIX stars if I could!

I been coming here for the last 6 years and they do some outstanding work! Definitely recommend to anyone. They just got done installing a full set up exhaust system for my 2009 Escalade. Sounds clean and mean!

However Ricki the office person leaves a lot to be desired and is rude.
Sorry but I would NOT recommend this company to my friends unless they get Aaron and Daniel. They were very nice and professional and got the job done quickly.
