Best Mobile Windshield Repair in Phoenix AZ

This is one of my favorite business in any industry. Of course, it's a drag needing to repair a window; however, the level of service is amazing. Always quick, professional and transparent. In the auto-repair business it's hard to find a quality mechanic, but Power Window Repair is simply the best.

I have used Universal Glass several times, they are always prompt and polite. I refer them to anyone that needs glass repair or installation

I don’t relish the idea of sitting in an auto glass shop or anything like that. It’s my worst nightmare. So, when I found out that Phoenix Mobile Car Glass brings their service (mobile) to you, I was ecstatic! It doesn’t cost additional fees and they really do a great job!!

This is the 2nd time I used this company, the first experience was excellent but this time it wasn’t. We had Miguel replace our windshield once again, because of COVID concerns I went inside after I greeted him. However, my daughter stayed outside with him until he was done & paid him. I was curious so I wanted to see the new windshield after he left, but I noticed a little chip not a hole, as I was later told today. I immediately left a vcm concerning the chip & and sent an email not even an hour after the job done, which I have a copy. No response so I called in the morning and made arrangements to be at the main window store location. I got there and Carla got a chance to see the chip. I told her I wasn’t going to pay 130.00 for that, I need a replacement. She didn’t believe me and kept questioning the chip. Again, I informed her I sent an email and left a message yesterday regarding the chip. Usually a company understands and emphatic, I wish Miguel was there maybe things would have been different, but she was questioning which got me angry. No apologies or concerns. So I would be cautious when there is a window replacement, I regret not being outside because of the pandemic but I was positive there would be no problem. Daniel (the technician who showed up at the store) declined replacing it or otherwise.

Everyone from start to finish that I talked to was very professional and helpful. Being able to schedule by text was especially convenient for me. I'll definitely refer you to friends and family. I called to get my windshield replaced earlier this week. I spoke with Bryan on the phone, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating, setting up an appointment for someone to come out today at my work. Clayton was the one who came to do the job. He was very nice and professional and got the job done quickly! He also relayed the aftercare information clearly and concisely. I would definitely recommend this service to others. They made what I thought would have been a headache a quick and painless process!

Rude service didn’t want to help me, don’t waste your time and money here.Sorry you did not try to help me you hanged up the phone and blocked my calls, I kept trying to call and talk with you to see how much you would charge but you refused me and hanged up it sounded like your having a bad day.And no I wasn’t upset at all.

Amazing service and friendly workers.

The customer service is terrible. The owner speaks broken English and they tiupsold us on a darker tint on the replaced windows and will not re-tint the window to match factory tint.
