Best MOBILE WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT in Phoenix AZ

The entire team is fantastic to do business with. Quick to call back and easy to work with. I live outside their normal service area and each time I have needed regulator replacement they accommodated me with a place to meet and worked within my schedule.Now that I know they do more that power windows the’ll get more of my business with the exception of windshields. That is only due to them not doing mobile repair, and well out of my way to go to the shop.

Damian and Matthew are wonderful people! I recommend getting your windshield replaced by them or anyone like them from Universal Glass, AZ!

I came in today and had the most amazing experience! Harley at the front desk was my first point of contact and was extremely informative and helpful. Also was so kind and gave my 3year old ( who is on the spectrum) some snacks to eat while we waited for the regulator to be replaced.Randy was heaven sent! Very personable, and professional. Went out of his way to provide as much assistance as possible, and greeted my daughter and I in such a caring way. One of the best places ive been too. Great pricing & great staff. Kirk (the manager) made sure I was taken care of and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the service. Same goes for the technician who replaced my windshield. Id rate this place 10/10. I checked all over the valley and you can not find a cheaper place. ?

Talked on the phone with Paul, super nice dude! He quickly helped me get a quote for a windshield replacement. After being on the phone with him for a while I checked prices at competing companies and was able to get a lower price quote. Being my first option I gave Paul a call back informing him about the lower price and he did all that he could to match it. It was a quick and easy process thanks to Paul! I was beyond grateful with the service from Dave’s Metro Auto Glass. They have replaced windshields on all of my vehicles and have never had any issues. When you ask for five star service that’s exactly what you get. If I could rate them 6 stars I would. Thank you guys again!

While driving AZ-51 this morning I was nearly side-swiped and had the passenger front end taken off by a tech driving this companies van (van #1). Missed by inches!!! Honked to let driver know someone was occupying the lane while slowing down so as not to be hit. Driver rolled down window, flipped the bird, and other obscene hand gestures (I responded in kind).

This driver/van had been driving in the right hand lane next to me for several minutes (evenly with my vehicle), so I am sure my vehicle was seen before he so graciously merged into my driving space.

IF this is the type of people employed and representing this company then I know who NOT to call upon for any glass needs in the future.

Chris at Alien Glass was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, finished my windshield early and did a quality job. I’ll be referring him to all my friends and family. It feels great to have a reliable glass guy you can trust.
