He placed the order for the glass and as soon as it was done he was back out installing. Another reason to choose Sunny State is that it's local and they did a fantastic job my new windows look amazing!!

My wife and I had an opportunity to update our home in Phoenix. We needed to make our windows more efficient and easier to clean. I wanted fiberglass, due to the heat in the summer, and window frames that did not have small drains, that when clogged with dust would drain water into the house.

We met Greg Johnson at a Home and Garden show. We talked there and set an appointment for him to come to our home. The visit was very informative, with all the examples of his products. We asked all our questions, which were answered on the spot, no hems or haws. Installation was also discussed which was to be done by his own team, not subcontractors. The price he quoted was not nearly as expensive as the other two more commonly known brands. The price was more than another brand, that I thought did not meet our expectations. Greg did not pressure us to sign that day, as others quote, The price goes up tomorrow and other nonsense.

We signed the contract. The windows were delivered ahead of schedule and installed in a timely and professional manner. Installation was a challenge, as we also have Rollershields on all the windows. No problems.

I would not hesitate to recommend Greg and Marvin Infinity windows to anyone that is looking for great windows in a home they will live in.

Good price Great workmanship on time professional service. Cannot stress how pleased I am. I did not discover them until after I ordered some windows elsewhere. They have delivered and installed before the other company and I ordered after the other company. I have an automatic skylight and 14 windows installed. 90 percent complete in one day. They will finish up tomorrow.

My husband and I purchased our home a little over six years ago. The house is about thirty years old and still had the original windows. The windows have always been hard to open and close and last year they became impossible to use. We started shopping around with companies at home and garden shows only to get quotes for around $30,000 to replace most of our windows. Due to the high cost we considered weighing the options of replacing the windows ourselves, that’s when we came across LEI Home Enhancements on Facebook. We met with Dustin and he explained the entire process from consultation to measuring to final install and the benefits we would receive with our new purchase. We were shocked to see the showcase promotional quote was half of what we were told by another big brand named company. The install process was a breeze. Beau our installer was amazing. He showed up on time, was friendly and kept a clean work area. He has great work ethic and doesn’t drag his feet on the job. We were very happy with his install which only took about two and a half days from full tear out to final trim for eleven windows. Throughout the entire process Dustin checked in to make sure we were happy with everything and to let us know what to expect. He was wonderful. We now have amazing windows that function great and can already see a difference between our old ones. We are now able to open the house to let in fresh air; the windows have a locking mechanism that makes me feel comfortable to sleep with them open if I choose to. We no longer have wind blowing through our old windows allowing us to keep our heater and AC from working overtime. We have also noticed a huge difference in outside noise. We live on a street that is in a two year construction project so we constantly have equipment and trucks outside our home. With the new windows we can barely tell if there is any construction going on. It is really amazing how much quieter our home is now. So far so good. Ordered new patio door, picture windows and another window over our entry door which came to 1/3 the cost of the other quotes. I will update this rating after installation is complete.
Update, windows came in about 8 weeks early and we are very pleased with them. Due to my lack of knowledge about windows I did not realize the best insulator is vinyl and we think standing outside our home it looks like one of those window ads with the pretty windows. Saving now for the next group of windows to be replaced. And yes, they do a great job of insulating from the cold.

Excellent Service - Beautiful Craftsmanship.
My wife and I had been looking for new high end double glass door/sliders for quite some time. After meeting with Anthony and his team we were thrilled to learn they could provide us with multiple option and in turn be able to customize the exact doors we wanted for each area; which were much larger than previous doors.
During installation the Illumination team was courteous, friendly, extremely professional and very cleanly.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.
