Had a very bizarre thing happen to us. Driving on the freeway about 4 in the afternoon and something came from nowhere and smashed our sun roof. My husband says it was satellite debris but who knows. We pulled over, called our agent to get a referral to a local Glass Company. We called best glass and their customer service was great! We had to get approval from our insurance company but being late in the day we got the run around. Best Glass went ahead ordered our replacement glass and worked with us and the insurance company to get it approved. Once approved they were right out and we got it taken care of. The office went above and beyond for our business and we so appreciated it. Thank you!

When others wanted to sell me new windows, he was honest, explained the problem, and fixed the problems quickly and inexpensively. From start to finish everything was great. We had new windows a sliding glass door and blinds installed at our condo and new sun screens made for our house. The owner John kept us informed with delivery delays and always responsive to my questions. Jose ,his son and Scott arrived on time for the install worked efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. Kyle installed the window blinds quickly and made sure all our questions were addressed. We will definitely be using Imperial in the future when we have shutters done for our house. Would highly recommend

Mark transformed my 1990’s dingy, dated-looking kitchen to a bright, beautiful functional space. He has extensive experience in kitchen renovation and it really shows! He also made suggestions such as better, more energy-efficient lighting, a person to install my countertop and sink, etc. that just added to the beauty of the space.
He’s extremely efficient, on time, and left the space clean and functional before he left each day.
I’ve used HC for years for smaller jobs but never for anything this extensive and it certainly won’t be the last! Cannot say enough positive things about my experience!

Unscrupulous business, calling my mother trying to get a hold of my EX-WIFE to try and sell her on some home remodel. Called numerous times throughout last month. Get your records in check, make sure you honor your DO NOT CALL requests and stop the harassing multiple phone calls.

I signed with them and had to cancel which was within the 3 day cancellation window as allowed, but they never returned my 50% ($2,400) deposit. I’m an older woman living on a single income and they took $2400 from me for absolutely nothing. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night doing business like that. They gave me the run around for months instead. It’s like Tammy Robinson likes to play with people. Beware.
