Best General Contractor in Phoenix AZ

Good experience with replacement. My old system was totally dead. They completed the job in 5 hrs, including remove old system, install new 4 ton outdoor unit, and indoor air handler. The only thing confusing is the attic entrance recovery can’t be on the same day afternoon. Anyway, I would recommend Rising Sun Air to everyone for their good service and low price.

Excellent! Wore the booties. We were not left with a plumbing mess to clean up. Sociable, efficient and knew exactly what to do. Supplies were on the truckand just like the commercial…versatile skills…he understood our field Marshall puppy, a mini dachshund. Got down on her level and played. I would leave less than one star if it was possible- rude office staff, they give a date and time frame for when they are going to show up- and then they miss their appointments- then they never call to follow up with you! It is understandable that things come up and rescheduling has to happen sometimes- however when there is no communication and they just never show up- that is a HUGE problem! -and its been my huge problem on 3 separate occasions now- i've never tried so had to throw money at a company in my life- safe to say that i have hired a new company at this point, and i will NEVER be calling this company again!!!

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.
